REMINDER

Pets, with the exception of service animals, are not allowed at any community events. Ever wonder why? • If one dog is allowed, then all dogs are allowed. Multiple dogs can equal multiple dog squabbles. • Multiple dogs can also equal multiple dog messes. No one wants to step in “dog doo” and have their fun at an event be ruined. Unfortunately, not everyone is diligent in cleaning up after their pet. • Many children in the community are scared or allergic to dogs. We want all of our residents to be able to participate in our community events without having to fear a dog. • Most of our events also involve food. Residents would like to enjoy eating without the watchful eyes of our furry friends. Even worse, some dogs are food aggressive and can wreck havoc during a meal. Eagle Springs, as a community, loves their dogs and other animals! However, please remember to leave your pet at home during a community event.

NVR Results

Due to the number of homes developed in Eagle Springs, the Governing Documents provide for a representative system of voting. For any occasion requiring a vote of the membership, the Neighborhood Voting Representatives (NVR's) shall place the vote for their neighborhood. Additionally, the NVR's and their Alternates attend the meetings of the Board of Directors. The NVR’s play a vital role in the governance of the community, not only by representing their neighborhood in elections and votes, but also by being a voice to the Management Company and Board of Directors at the meetings. If your neighborhood does not have a NVR and you are interested in volunteering, please contact: Crest Management at: Dana@Crest-Management.com Arbor Heights NVR – Open Position Alternate – Open Position Arlington Park (includes Twin Villas & Newfield Park) NVR – Charles Greene Alternate – Open Position Barton Ridge NVR – Marcie Rodgriguez Alternate – Ashley Burris Beringer Place NVR – Open Position Alternate – Open Position Biscayne Bend NVR – Phil Marlowe Alternate – Open Position Cades Crossing NVR – Chris Yoder Alternate – Open Position Cedar Meadows NVR – Open Position Alternate – Open Position Chandler Crossing NVR – Megan Scales Alternate – Open Position Cottage Grove (includes Sutters Creek) NVR – Kathy Frazee Alternate – Open Position Crescent Ridge (includes Hunters Grove, Caliterra Chase, Montecito Point & Meridian Cove) NVR – Kevin Curry (Continued on Page 4) Alternate – Open Position

Pool access for 2020! For the last 2 years, the Eagle Springs Community began phasing out the pool ID card and access card for a single, amenity ID card. All residents should now have an amenity ID card should they want to access the pools. How do I access the pools for the 2020 season? If you currently have an amenity card– No action is necessary. You will not need to come by the office to do anything to your card. If you still do not have an amenity card – please gather all access cards and old pool tags and visit the Onsite Office to obtain a new, (Continued on Page 5) www.InsideEagleSprings.com

EAGLE SPRINGS (Continued from Page 4) single amenity ID card. All household residents who you wish to have a card need to be present to have a picture taken. What if I do not use the pools, do I need this amenity ID card? No, your access card will still open the splash pad, tennis courts, fitness center, and community restrooms. You will be unable to access the pools until this amenity ID card is obtained. When can I obtain an amenity card? You can obtain an amenity card at any time of the year. Amenity cards are only issued during office hours, which are Monday through Thursday, from 1- 7 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to noon, and 1- 6 pm. Amenity cards stay current year to year and do not require stickers to be valid. Amenity cards can be “turned off” by management should residents fail to pay their HOA dues or move out of the community. Questions? Email Help@InsideEagleSprings.com.
