Amenity Update

Splash Pad has reopened. Please note the updated Splash Pad Policies updated for COVID-19. The water features – with the exception of the high dive- have been reopened. These features include the low dive, slides, and activity gym at the Island Club pool. The high traffic touch points on the high dive cannot be sanitized safely on a routine basis and will remain closed until further notice. Please note that no guests are currently allowed at any of our facilities and that a waiver form must be on file for your household before you can access the amenities. The gym remains closed until further notice. While the Board is still looking at ways to reopen in accordance with local and state ordinances, please note that this indoor facility is not monitored and does not have any sanitation processes in place. The clubhouses, both Eagle Springs and Valley Springs, will remain closed indefinitely to both private and non-profit groups. Again, these indoor facilities do not have staff and supplies to sanitize the facility after every group who uses the clubhouses. Please note that Eagle Springs has several parks and pavilions that are open to residents on a first come, first serve basis.

EAGLE SPRINGS

Please note that all amenity use requires a waiver form to be signed and on file for your household. The waiver is a one time signature needed document and covers everyone in your household, including minors. Instructions on what you will need to sign the waiver, and the link to sign it digitally, can be found here at: https://www.insideeaglesprings.com/recent-news/ The waiver can also be found on each pool page on InsideEagleSprings.com. Waivers will take 72 hours to process. If your waiver has an issue, you will be notified via email on how to remedy the issue. The easiest way to see if your waiver has gone through is to check and see if your Amenity ID card allows you into the Splash Pad. The access system will light green if your card has been turned on. Your card will not work if 1) you do not have a waiver on file or 2) you have an outstanding balance with the Association. You will need an Amenity ID card for every member of your household to correctly fill out the waiver. Amenity ID cards are single cards with a picture and name on the front, and a series of numbers on the back. If you have a card with dates or stickers along the bottom, you do not have an Amenity ID card and need to get one from the Onsite Office. Instructions on how to get Amenity ID cards can be found on InsideEagleSprings.com under HOA -> Amenity Cards.
