General Maintenance Update from the SRMA Board

Dear Steiner Ranch Master Association (SRMA) Homeowners, Effective Thursday, June 9th, SRMA common areas maintenance request QR code flyers have been posted at all key locations and amenities enabling real-time reports by residents. We truly appreciate residents reporting any maintenance issues promptly and helping keep our amenities looking top-notch! The HOA maintenance staff reviews reports daily and address the issue. However, for problems that require HOA immediate action such as fecal contamination at community pools or hazardous issues, please call the HOA office at 512-266-7553 or GrandManors Residents Services at 1-855-947-2636. (The answering service will be available after hours) to report immediately. The HOA maintenance staff will also continue to do preventative maintenance per schedule.
