My journey through boxing has been a long and tumultuous one. Spanning over 18 years, training with a then British champion Scott Dann for a brief period of time along with my step-father, to competing Amateur myself and then going on to train fighters at a local Amateur club. Fighting is the toughest of all sports and is a lonely adventure, yes you may have your team around you but you don’t have them in the ring, they may be there in spirit but in physicality, you’re all alone.
