engaged
We are a Catholic institution and we’re proud of that. At Forest Ridge, each child’s faith is respected… wherever she is on her faith journey. We believe that every person has something to contribute to the faith life of the community and that each child has the capacity to commune with her God. Our program, emphasizing personal development, collaboration, ethical decision-making and social justice, makes a difference in how girls learn and live. • Help care for the poor and marginalized in the Seattle area. • Spend a year exploring the relationship between human beings, animals, and our Earth’s natural resources – and put your knowledge to work during an eight-day trip to Alaska. • Dance, act, direct or write a one-act play. • Learn about peace building and teach conflict resolution through cultural immersion, dialogue and personal reflection and use those skills in a 10-day journey to Israel and the West Bank.
For us, service is a way of life, not just a graduation requirement.
At Forest Ridge, it’s just what girls do:
care.
