To whom it may concern, Pei-Yin has recently successfully completed her Masters degree at Nottingham Trent University in International Fashion Management. Throughout this one year course she has demonstrated an exceptional work ethic alongside an openness to learn, to support her fellow students, and to extend her horizons well beyond the course curriculum. As a Course Representative she has shown a very pro-active and mature attitude towards her responsibilities in the role. This called for strong communication and negotiating skills which she demonstrated admirably. Pei-Yin applied her prior knowledge in the retail sector in Taiwan to her research project, and identified important new concepts for retail management. Her ability to identify problems and offer relevant and commercial solutions will be an asset to her future career in the industry. Pei Yin was selected to represent the University as a Cumulus Student Ambassador. This opportunity was awarded in recognition of her academic attainment and strong inter-personal skills. The role required her to represent the student body at two research conferences, in Nottingham and Hong Kong. She has used these events to network, broaden her horizons of new industry thinking, and speak on behalf of research students. Pei-Yin is very reliable and conscientious, with excellent team working skills, and a very strong desire to succeed. I have no hesitation in recommending her to your organisation. Yours sincerely,
