PROFILE I am originally from Taiwan where I studied Bachelor of International Business at one of the countries’ leading universities. I am proficient in four languages including English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Japanese. I have four years industry experience as a floor manager for Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store and shopping mall in Kaohsiung. Key skills which I acquired during this period include communication skill, leadership skills and time management skills. I have recently completed a Masters degree at Nottingham Trent University in International Fashion Management. My research for this degree focused on a critical evaluation of UK and Japanese department store and shopping mall retail strategies, and solutions for problems identified in the Taiwanese retail model. This project has increased my knowledge in fashion, as well as the retail industry, and I have acquired new skills in international fashion management. I am now seeking work in the fashion industry where I can apply my previous work experience and enhanced academic knowledge. My personal interests include traveling, music, reading and dancing.
