DISCO CUTTING SYSTEM

• The specific shape of the discs allows a good grip of the vine shoots for a clean cut. • These discs benefit from an exceptional service life: no sharpening and minimum maintenance. • Each stack of disks is adjustable relative to the other in order to optimise the cutting quality and improve the removal of tendrils. • Adjusting the space between the two lower discs allows a clean cut closer to the cordon.

VISIO CUTTING SYSTEM

• These discs allow fine crumbling of the vine shoots and better cleaning the trellis lifting wires. • Equipped with PRADINES blades sharpened on both sides doubling their service life. • The low rotational speed of the cages prevents projections, for increased safety. • The blade against blade cutting system does not generate sawdust, so there is no clogging of the radiator.

MACHINE VISION DETECTION

PELLENC has pioneered the on-board machine vision detection, developed in 2003 and constantly improved with new technologies. It offers you unparalleled comfort and quality of work.

STAKE DETECTION. • Automatic opening at each stake, via optical detection. • The cleaning of stakes is optimized, saving time during pruning. • The opening speed is proportional to the forward speed of the carrier. • Can be configured to work with several types of stakes.

AUTOMATIC CORDON TRACKING • The cutting height automatically adapts to that of the cordon. • The quality of work is superior to that obtained with manual control. • Time saving with results equivalent to but more efficient than manual final pruning.
