FLEXIBLE SORTING CONVEYOR

• The innovative design of the flexible sorting conveyor allows sorting to begin as soon as the grapes fall, giving you up to 5% more harvest: Only 30% of the harvest passes under the lower suction fans. • The screen design ensures a high conveying capacity: the speed of the conveyors is halved compared to a larger conventional belt. • A ram scraper removes foreign bodies. • The conveyor sprocket drive prevents slippage and does not require re-centring. • The design allows for quick and easy washing: no hard-to-get-at corners. • No dismantling necessary at the end of the season: saving time and storage space.

CONVEYOR TENSION INDICATOR

• The conveyor tensioning is semi-automatic, to facilitate maintenance and work with the correct settings at all times.

LOWER SUCTION FANS

• They generate an air flow under the conveyor screen to prevent leaves sticking to it. • Leaf evacuation is easier and the suction fans consume less power. • The height of the suction fans can be adjusted without tools.
