THE TRACTOR-MOUNTED TRUNK SHAKER FOR A MORE ECONOMIC AND EFFICIENT HARVEST
PELLENC's expertise in shaking is available for tractor couplings. The clamp technology works efficiently while protecting the tree.
With the PELLENC trunk shaker, the fruit can be released with no damage to the bark or small branches of the olive tree. Thanks to this technology, which is unique in the world, I am delighted to have reduced my harvesting costs while preserving my trees. Very easy to operate, the FB80 is ideal for growers with a large number of trees. In my opinion, the PELLENC FB80 has three important advantages: its ease of handling thanks to the front coupling and its simplicity: any tractor driver can master it after some brief training, and the ease of uncoupling, which quickly frees up the tractor for other work.

The BUGGY 5000 S self-propelled shaker includes all of PELLENC’s harvesting know-how for intensive fruit growing. Driving comfort and the precision of the self-propelled shaker allow for high-quality work and a higher yield whilst preserving the trees.
We particularly appreciate the good visibility of the tree whilst working and the handling of the BUGGY 5000S. The PELLENC BUGGY is the fastest on the market, which offers us higher productivity. We can harvest from up to 1,000 trees per day, whilst picking up to 98% of the fruit. With the Fragile Trunk Kit, which can be adjusted from inside the cab, we are able to protect the trunks well.

This ultra innovative system allows you to harvest up to 300 kg of fruit in just a few minutes. Both versatile and easy to handle, it is suitable for most intensive fruit growing operations.
After several seasons of harvesting, the device has totally convinced me. It has all the features that I was hoping for. For example, a tarpaulin that unrolls fast and in a straight line, a drawbar that considerably improves the turning circle, high ground clearance for difficult terrain, optimised leaf removing thanks to the suction system, and last but not least, 50% faster harvesting.

The only pull-behind olive and almond harvesting machine specially designed for intensive high-density or super-intensive plantations. It protects your trees and provides unrivalled work quality.
In 2011 we invested in our first Mavo Pellenc self-propelled machine. After six years of use, a cost-effectiveness study led us to conclude that the machine paid for itself in four years. We replaced the MAVO with the CV45.
This machine has many advantages: in particular the maintenance-free air-conveyor system, the much larger decompression chamber, which reduces harvest losses; the flexible trays, which protect the trunks and limit damage; the auto-guidance, which makes the driver’s job easier and protects the trees and the machine; the option of using the tractor for other work; and the much faster working time. In conclusion, we are satisfied with the machine and have every confidence in PELLENC to continue to assist us going forward.

PELLENC offers you a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee, parts and labour (excluding wear parts), covering your machines, equipment and battery-powered tools. Depending on the product, an extended warranty of up to 5 years can be offered in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. Implementation of the warranty is subject to the use of certified original PELLENC parts when carrying out maintenance of the equipment and compliance with PELLENC's maintenance recommendations.
