ACTIV’ ROW TRACKING
Two position sensors automatically align the harvesting head in the row. If pressed for too long, an alarm informs the operator.
AUTO TORQUE DRIVE
The machine adjusts its speed automatically in proportion to that of the tractor: The system also works at headlands and in reverse gear.
WIDE-ANGLE DRAWBAR
Optimised turnaround at headlands with the wideangle drawbar. Coupled to the tractor 3-point hitch, the hydraulic unit never interfere with the drawbar.
ECO POWER MODE
Indicator shows if the tractor speed is suitable to the hydraulic needs of the machine. This system enables fuel savings.

FLEXIBLE SORTING CONVEYOR
• The innovative design of the flexible sorting conveyor allows sorting to begin as soon as the grapes fall, giving you up to 5% more harvest: Only 30% of the harvest passes under the lower suction fans.
• The screen design ensures a high conveying capacity: the speed of the conveyors is halved compared to a larger conventional belt.
• A ram scraper removes foreign bodies.
• The conveyor sprocket drive prevents slippage and does not require re-centring.
• The design allows for quick and easy washing: no hard-to-get-at corners.
• After harvest, the conveyors remain in the picking head. There is no need to remove them. This is saving time and storage space.

AN UNRIVALLED DESTEMMING AND SORTING SYSTEM
In 2007 PELLENC invented the first ever on-board 2-in-1 destemming and sorting system. Since then, SELECTIV’ PROCESS has been continuously improved, and is now the most efficient system on the market. Equipping our most sophisticated models, this system offers you unrivalled sorting quality. Its productivity is optimal, even in high-yielding vineyards. Thanks to it, your harvest is fed directly into your tanks without the need for another operation in the winery.
HIGH-FREQUENCY LINEAR DESTEMMER
• It destems the berries gently, without wastage, even with difficult grape varieties.
• The frequency can be adjusted from the EASY TOUCH* screen.
• Its 5 pairs of long fingers achieve flow rates of up to 50 tonnes per hectare at 4.5 km/h.
• The linear destemmer is equipped with an anti-jam sensor.

• The system can be disengaged in one click from the cab* to facilitate washing.

DYNAMIC ON-BOARD WEIGHING*
The harvested grapes are weighed continuously and in real time. The system ensures accurate measurement of the harvest in the bins without affecting the capacity or the flow of grapes. The high productivity of the machine is therefore maintained.
The display of weighing information on the in-cab console allows the driver to accurately monitor:
• The mass present at time T in the bins.
• The quantity harvested and the average yield per hectare (since the start of the console's hectare counter(s)).
• The remaining quantity to be harvested in relation to a quota defined from the machine's console.
OPTIMISED MANAGEMENT OF CELLAR HARVEST CONTRIBUTIONS
It measures the weight of the grapes in the bins in real time and the associated alert system guides the driver. The user is assured of harvesting the quantity required to fill the presses/tanks or to reach the quota set by the cooperative winery, without exceeding it. He can set up to 2 harvest quantity alerts and be notified as soon as:
• The maximum permissible weight of the vehicle transporting the grapes has been reached.
• The daily quota is harvested.
EXPORT OF WEIGHING TICKETS
The driver can generate and export weighing tickets compiling either:
• The weight currently in the bins.
• All data from the hectare counter.
HEIGHTENED PRECISION, IN ALL TERRAIN CONDITIONS
The design of the DYNAMIC weighing system gives it a high level of accuracy, even when working on uneven ground or steep slopes. When STATIONARY, before emptying the skips, the machine does not need to be on level and even ground to provide accurate weighing.
Used on its own, the DYNAMIC weighing option lets you monitor your crop directly on the console of your Optimum or your Grapes'line harvesting machine. With the PREMIUM weighing and telemetry options, you can monitor the harvest from the PELLENC CONNECT platform and produce yield maps.

Each of the bins is equipped with 4 weighing sensors, which are very hard-wearing and fully integrated into the harvesting head.

• The machine’s hydraulic unit is autonomous and driven only by the PTO.
• The coupling of the hydraulic unit to the tractor’s rear linkage is independent of the grape harvester, making it easy to turn both left and right without having to worry about the height of the machine.

“ECO POWER” MANAGEMENT
• Optimisation of the power take-off (PTO) speed according to the hydraulic needs of the machine to ensure the lowest possible engine speed and save fuel.
• An indicator light on the joystick or the touchscreen alerts the driver to PTO underspeed in relation to the machine’s hydraulic requirements.
AUTO TORQUE DRIVE SYSTEM*
• The machine adjusts its speed automatically to that of the tractor, depending on the traction force on the towing ring.
• The machine is independent in all working situations: forward or reverse, as well as in headlands.

MAINTENANCE
The network of approved PELLENC distributors is authorised to repair the PELLENC range of machines. Technicians, being part of this network, have been trained by the PELLENC training organisation. WARRANTY
PELLENC offers you a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, parts and labour (excluding wear parts) on your machines, equipment, and power tools. An extended warranty of up to 5 years, depending on the product, can be offered in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. Implementation of the warranty is subject to the use of certified original PELLENC parts when carrying out maintenance of the equipment and compliance with PELLENC's maintenance recommendations.
