RR6 Dura Ace Road bike of close future. - in spite of the current UCI´s reserved attitude towards the use of disc brakes on road bikes, it is obvious that trends go this way. The concept of this bike follows previous and successful PELL´S RR models. Frame and fork RR6 are made of High Modulus Carbon with high stiffness and flexibility, seat stays are made by Ultralight SS Vacuum for maximal comfort. The bike has clear racing geometry and is designed for maximal transfer of rider´s power, comfort and weight with use of disc brakes. Frame has M12 axle (12x142 mm) for maximal stiffness and transfer of rider´s power. Disc brakes are constructed for 140 mm discs and flat mount. Frame has inner routing. Top model Dura Ace 2017 is mounted with new carbon wheelset RC56 Disc with axles 12x142 mm and 10x100 mm. These wheels were made directly for great aerodynamics and tires up to 30 mm can be used. Tapered head tube with lower headset socket of 1,5“ combines low weight of classical headset (upper socket) with stiffness of 1,5“ construction. Due to this construction the head tube is stiffer, the bike has better stability in high speeds, steering is more accurate and the bike is thus easier to control.

BB86 – extended crank link in the frame with integrated bearing (Press Fit). Due to this construction we can produce the crank section wider and thus stiffer as well. The bearing is better protected and its mounting is easier.

Aeron Disc

New road frame made from P6 Ultralite material with triple butted tubes. Its conception comes from our experience with PELL‘S Contrast Technology used for SEVEN line frames. Aeron has bigger slopping and RRT technology.

Bi-axial „Rhombus“ technology of the down tube is used to increase stiffness at head tube. Vertical flattening near the part of BB is used for the best transformation of all rider´s power to move forward.

RRT - Reduced Rear Triangle - the shortiest possible rear triangle supports maximum stiffness and comfort. Seat stays are laid under sharper angle and guarantee no loss of energy. Slight seat stays have special profile and they excellently absorb vibrations which provides overall comfort.

The frame is based on Aeron model an has revised geometry for maximum versatility. Aeron Disc offers a higher degree of stability, great control and maximum comfort. Geometry allows to wear tyres up to 30 mm. Carbon fork has an internal hose routing. Hydraulic disc brakes provide excellent stopping power and sensitivity under any weather conditions. The location of the rear shock exactly in the axis of the upper seat stays minimizes weight of clamping by using lightweight 3D CNC lever. Proven 4-bar construction provides fully active suspension when pedaling and it also remains active while braking. Completely new concept of bike „three in one“ offers possibilities of 29plus / 27,5 / 27,5plus wheels. Due to possibility of different wheel sizes, the bike can be used during the whole year on different surfaces. The frame is made of High Modulus Carbon Fibre with high stiffness and flexibility.

Dual Boost Position - advantages in the three wheel sizes in one bike are possible with this technology. Post mount can be moved as well. Due to this system, it is possible to use the three wheel sizes and maintain required riding characteristics. 29“ wheels are mounted with 3“ tires better traction, stability and ride in difficult terrain is reached with reasonable weight. New carbon racing 29“ frames for 2017 season follow all upcoming technologies. The frame is made for maximal stiffness and Due to flexible seat stays offers exclusive comfort. Massive chain stays and BB30 guarantee great stiffness and transmission of rider´s power. Very short (437mm) rear triangle and XC geometry gives the bike excellent agility and confident riding attributes in all conditions.

Hi-end monocoque frame in 27,5“ follows our longterm developement of carbon frames. Massive BB with strong rear triangle enables powerful stiffness. Flat seat stay with unique profile are connected to bended top tube which supports the activity of rear triangle in vertical way. The rear triangle stays stiff in horizontal way. Due to these qualities is this bike designed for winning in any XC or marathon races. Inner cable routing, full carbon dropouts and color frame ending. Caliper is on postmount.

BB92 - Due to wider bottom bracket with Press Fit is the whole BB part more stiffer. Bearing is better protected and its assembly is much easier.

Tapered head tube with lower headset socket of 1,5“ combines low weight of classical headset (upper socket) with stiffness of 1,5“ construction. Due to this construction is the head tube stiffer, the bike has better stability in high speeds. Steering is more accurate and the bike is easier to control.

New category of 27,5plus bikes comes with better traction, riding qualities and higher comfort. This type of bike is good choice for less experienced riders. It supports their riding and Razzer „forgive mistakes“. On the other hand experienced riders are more confident in hard terrain. We did not use 2,6“ tires on standard rims but used 2,8-2,95“ tires on special „plus“ rims that can be also mounted with 3,2“ tire. Models 27,5 Plus share all technologies with Razzers. We started a very ambitious project to make an aluminium bike with comfort of carbon bike. We used ideas from our developed system Pells Medium Tail. Our new rear triangle gives the bike exclusive riding specs and look. Very flat seat stay is only 12 mm thick and in combination with flaw chain stay gives the frame top class comfort with the same level of stiffness. This combination allows bending in vertical way. Horizontal stiffness is maintained. 2017 frames have post mount on chains stay inside the rear triangle.

Smooth welding around the head tube give the frame „carbon look“. Frames have triple butted tubes and pyramid head tube with 1,5“ bearing. This construction is made for maximum stiffness and riding accuracy.

Frame catches an eye with well done construction. Top tube is hydroforming shaped with perfect connection to BB and head tube. This helps to transform rider´s power into pedaling. Racing XC geometry is made for 100mm fork travel. Due to bent seat tube chain stays and whole rear triangle can be shorter. The whole bike has better riding attributes, stability and traction. Razzer 2017 has new elegant top tube. Its shape and profile supports rider´s comfort. The top tube is well attached to seat stays and its profile flattens towards seat tube and runs around it. This solution is used due to design originality of the frame but also for bike´s better performance.

„Closing“ of seat tube close to wider top tube and bigger distance of chain stays supports stiffness of the frame. Vertical flattening of top tube in this area enables better absorption of vibrations. The overall look of the frame is marked unique design coming over parts of this frame.

RAZZER Race9 Novinka 2017 We started a very ambitious project aimed to produce an aluminium bike with carbon fiber frame comfort. We used our knowledge from Pells Medium Tail project. New rear triangle from P6 and 6061 aluminium material gives the bike exclusive riding specs and look. This combination allows the sag of the rear structure in the vertical direction while maintaining maximum lateral stiffness.

Supreme models are equipped with very elegant frame. Lower frame tube does not require welded stiffener to the head tube (called Gusset). Frame obtains not only aesthetically pleasing, but also saves additional grams of weight. Highest models have triplebutted alloy tubes P6 Ultralite with outstanding performance / weight.

Bi-axial „Rhombus“ technology of the down tube is used to increase stiffness at head tube. Vertical flattening near the part of BB is used to transform all rider´s power. Vertical flattening of the bottom bracket is made on the maximum width to achieve high efficiency power transfer to moving forward.

For models with rim Brakes are applied VFHS (vertical horizontal flexible stiff) technology. This technology combines a flat rear fork-type blades and a specially shaped and butted backstays „S-bend“.
