Starting his career at Trammell Crow Company, T.D. was consistently a top national producer and was ultimately named manager for the company’s Office and Industrial leasing teams. Along with his friend and colleague, Joe Pustmueller, T.D. founded Peloton as a company focused on teamwork, energy and a passion for providing clients with the highest level of service.
After 25 years of being a top producer in the DFW market, including many years at Trammell Crow Company, Joel, along with T.D., co-created the vision for Peloton. Their joint vision included a company that would combine a technology-based platform with a core focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.

Gardner started his career at Trammell Crow Company, working alongside T.D. Briggs and Joel Pustmueller in Dallas. Leaving to return to San Antonio, Gardner joined Cambridge Realty as a partner, and eventually headed the company. In 2010, Cambridge Realty merged with Peloton to broaden the scope of services the team could offer its clients.
Matt started his career with Stream Realty in Dallas and transitioned to the Austin market in 2007. After consistently ranking among the firm’s top producers, Matt, along with Kevin Granger and Brian Liverman, formed Peloton’s Austin office.

Kevin started his career at Trammell Crow Company, and later ran leasing and asset management for Aspen Properties. Brian started his career at Trammel Crow Company and left to run the leasing division of Live Oak Gottesman. From Live Oak, Brian joined Stream Realty with Kevin Granger and Matt Frizzell. Together, they formed Peloton’s Austin office, where Brian consistently ranks among Austin’s top producers.
