Starting his career at Trammell Crow Company, T.D. was consistently a top national producer and was ultimately named manager for the company’s Office and Industrial leasing teams. Along with his friend and colleague, Joe Pustmueller, T.D. founded Peloton as a company focused on teamwork, energy and a passion for providing clients with the highest level of service.

After 25 years of being a top producer in the DFW market, including many years at Trammell Crow Company, Joel, along with T.D., co-created the vision for Peloton. Their joint vision included a company that would combine a technology-based platform with a core focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.

Gardner started his career at Trammell Crow Company, working alongside T.D. Briggs and Joel Pustmueller in Dallas. Leaving to return to San Antonio, Gardner joined Cambridge Realty as a partner, and eventually headed the company. In 2010, Cambridge Realty merged with Peloton to broaden the scope of services the team could offer its clients.

Matt started his career with Stream Realty in Dallas and transitioned to the Austin market in 2007. After consistently ranking among the firm’s top producers, Matt, along with Kevin Granger and Brian Liverman, formed Peloton’s Austin office.

BRIAN LIVERMAN PARTNER

Kevin started his career at Trammell Crow Company, and later ran leasing and asset management for Aspen Properties. Kevin joined Stream Realty Partners in 2009 where he worked on Austin’s premier assets with institutional owners before forming Peloton’s Austin office with Matt Frizzell and Brian Liverman.

Brian started his career at Trammel Crow Company and left to run the leasing division of Live Oak Gottesman. From Live Oak, Brian joined Stream Realty with Kevin Granger and Matt Frizzell. Together, they formed Peloton’s Austin office, where Brian consistently ranks among Austin’s top producers.

A former U.S. Air Force Captain, Ray started his career in property management at Trammell Crow Company. His success at Crow earned him the COO position at Stream Realty. Joining Peloton in 2014, Ray is primarily responsible for managing operations enterprise-wide.

John Myers started his career at Price Edwards Company, running the property management division for the Dallas region. In 2005, John joined Peloton to create, build and oversee Peloton’s property management services.

Stefanie began her career at Trammell Crow Company in 1998 working under T.D. Briggs. She left Trammell Crow Company in 2002 to help form Peloton. Stefanie oversees the marketing teams nationally, assists in operations management and helps facilitate platform services.

Karen began her career with Rosewood Properties and after later spending time at Fults Commercial and Amerishop as controller, she joined Peloton as CFO. Karen oversees corporate and property accounting for all Peloton service lines.

MURL RICHARDSON DEVELOPMENT PARTNER

Sarah started her career in 2004, quickly becoming a top producer in Dallas leasing. In 2010, Sarah joined Peloton to lead the company’s platform services, helping to grow the company on a national level.

Murl has spent the majority of his career as a developer in the Dallas market. Formerly with Granite Properties, Murl specialized in planning, acquisitions, finance, development and marketing of commercial properties. Joining Peloton in 2007, Murl oversees capital services for Peloton.

Sheila started her career in property management at Trammell Crow Company, later joining REIT Management and Research as Area Director. She joined Peloton in 2014 as Regional Director for Peloton’s Austin and San Antonio offices.
