Digitalization has been a “hot topic” for a long time but it was Covid-19 that put it on the agenda for real. Digitalization is not about introducing more new technologies. It’s about making people use them efficiently. It takes a behavioral shift in employees and leaders for new technologies to become integrated into to our daily routines and long time capabilities.

We need to align our mindsets and build into our perception, that unless, technologies are properly integrated into people’s daily life, i.e. in routines, procedures and tools as a whole, it does not give meaning to organizations. It always fails.

Instead focus on bettering cultures by enabling technologies.
