WHEN SHOULD YOU REPLACE YOUR ROOF SHINGLES?
A roof is one of the most important elements of your home. Even small roof problems that are not dealt with quickly can start to impact other areas of your home. Here are some signs that it’s time to replace your shingles:
ROOF SHINGLES CURLING
Curling on the edge of shingles is a sign that the asphalt roof shingle be replaced.
EAVESTROUGHS HAVE ASPHALT GRANULES
A simple way to find out whether you need to replace your roof shingles is to take a look in your eavestrough. The rain gutter will present granules of asphalt that will indicate that the roof mat is exposed to rain and sunshine.
