Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) The Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) distinctive zinc patina eventually takes on a matte gray appearance, blending in well with the styles of many different play environments—urban, sculptural, modern, industrial and more. Also, if you happen to live in a coastal area, this durable finish provides an extra level of protection against the harsh elements.
MATERIALS MATTER
Component Colors ProShield® finish is specifically designed to withstand the demands of extreme heat, harsh climates, moisture and UV exposure. ProShield finish combines a specially formulated primer with a high-quality, architectural-grade, Super-Durable, TGIC polyester powdercoat. No lead-based paints.
Panels Permalene® panels with a recycled core are a smart choice for your playground and the environment. Available in a variety of exterior colors, the distinctive black core results from combining and recycling colored plastic— waste that would otherwise end up in landfills.
Polyethylene Slides The heavy-duty rotationally molded polyethylene material ensures strength and durability while resisting cracking, fading and peeling.
Perforated Aluminum Panels These seethrough panels provide a strong and safe barrier while allowing great visibility. The 5/16" holes are spaced 1/2" on center, so kids can see out and caregivers can see in.
Steel-Reinforced Climbing Cables Steelreinforced cables provide hours of safe, bouncy fun. Made of tightly woven, polyester-wrapped, six stranded galvanized-steel cable. These abrasion-resistant, color-stable cables are extremely durable and vandal resistant.
