Dear Residents, I am happy to join 101 as your new Property Manager and have enjoyed meeting many of you over the last few weeks. Although I am a born and bred Floridian, I come from Manhattan where I was the manager of The Mercedes House in Hell’s Kitchen. It’s great to be back home and a privilege to be part of the 101 team. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! Like the rest of the city in the aftermath of Irma, we are still working toward a full recovery. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are addressing the few remaining issues as quickly as possible. It was so inspiring to see our residents and community come together during such a difficult time. It is great to know that the heartbeat of our building - the lifestyle program - is alive and thriving. We enjoyed seeing so many of you at the 101 Strong series and have exciting plans for October. In addition to our weekly 101 Rays of Fun, we are hosting bike cruises, Aqua Fit and yoga classes. We have an exclusive invitation to the Mandarin Oriental Sales Gallery on the 19th for a preview of these one-of-a-kind residences, and the big event of the month will be the Halloween Celebration on the 28th. Get yourself dressed up for a blowout party without leaving the building. The gas grills are now available on a first-come, first-served basis until 10:00pm nightly. Please be considerate when using them and contact the management office for assistance. And, as another courtesy reminder, please use caution with the weights in the Fitness Center and do not drop weights on the floor. As always, please let me know if I can assist in any way. MEET YOUR NEW PROPERTY MANAGER KENNY RAINELLI Please welcome our new property manager, Kenny Rainelli! Kenny recently moved back to his native South Florida after spending some time in the “Big Apple,” where he worked as a property manager, overseeing multiple apartment communities in the Greater New York City area. One of Kenny’s favorite features of 101 is the VIP lifestyle that comes along with residency – especially the full social calendar of resident-only events and activities. His favorite Downtown restaurant is Max’s Grille in Mizner Park and he loves that residents have so many walkable dining and shopping options to choose from. When he’s not on the property, Kenny enjoys being outdoors, CrossFit training and traveling with friends. He is an active member of the Young Professionals Group of the Southeast Florida Apartment Association, where he participates in the mentorship program. Kenny’s trusty sidekick, Nola, is a beautiful blue-eyed Siberian Husky who accompanies him almost everywhere. Be sure to welcome Kenny to the team when you see him around!

• In case of emergency, please use emergency shut-off button placed on the right side of grills and call management immediately
• Turn the grill burner knobs to OFF when done grilling • Scrub down grills after each use with brush • The hours for use are the same as our pool deck hours - ending at 10:00pm nightly
