Just a little over six months ago it was announced that radio giant DeDe McGuire had signed a four-year contract extension with Service Broadcasting (home to K104 FM an KRNB 105.7FM). Holding down the morning spot as one of only a few females across the country, DeDe’s show will mark another milestone as she launches her syndicated show nationally, next week. According to K104 officials, the start date is July 2nd. Compass Media Networks is syndicating DeDe in the Morning and while others, if any, haven’t been named; listeners can still enjoy Lady Jade and Michael Shawn. “Dede McGuire is an incredible talent and we are thrilled to support the rollout of DEDE IN THE MORNING nationally, said Hymen Childs, Service Broadcasting owner. Realizing the significance of the syndication deal, Ms. McGuire, who is deeply entrenched in the Dallas-Fort Worth (Texas) market, involved in several community service projects and programs, is the former co-host of the late Doug Bank’s syndicated show.
