Show off your expert knowledge and customer service ethic and convert your client’s dreams into reality. We treat each desk as its own business and you can start earning commission from the very first R1.00 you sell. A lot of our consultants make the majority of their income from commission, with some top sellers earning over R100 000. The sky is the limit and it is up to you how much you can earn, once you know the ropes.

variable leave pay

Travel Incentives

Just because you’re earning commission, it doesn’t mean you’ll never be able to take a well-deserved break. Pentravel has a variable leave pay policy, which means you can go on leave knowing your holiday will not impact your commission earnings and leave you out of pocket. We want you to enjoy your leave, which incidentally starts at 15 days to a maximum of 20 days after 5 years in the business, and we will ensure you are paid a commission average of the past three months for every annual leave day you take. WOW!

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS...

So you’ve read all about the people, perks and the performance awards when you work at Pentravel. Next step will be to talk to one of our Regional Sales Managers and continue your application with South Africa’s most trusted leisure travel experts. Our recruitment process can take up to +/- two weeks, depending on your availability but we tr y to move through it as quickly as possible to ensure we get successful candidates into our teams and onto their training as soon as possible. We are always looking for new consultants and the great news is you don’t even have to have any prior travel-related work experience. You do however, need to be passionate about pursuing a career in Travel and you must have travelled internationally. You will also need at least 18 months prior work experience (in any field) and have achieved results during that time. The people we are looking for are driven by success and thrive on a challenge. They are not afraid of hard work and appreciate being richly rewarded for their achievements.
