AW20 Collection This season we are inspired by the traditional textiles and nature of Nordic countries, Scotland and the Scottish isles. Prints and colours are inspired by the landscapes and flora of these regions. The Northern lands share similar artisan skills to our Fair trade producers. Checks, Pinstripes, Tartans, Fair isles and Fishermanâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s hand knits. On Isle of Harris fabrics are hand woven, they use the natural flora to dye the yarns, which result in colourful checks which we have created in our checks. These handwoven and organic fabrics are designed in contemporary vintage inspired 70s shapes. Our Autumn Winter 20 collection creates relaxed organic hand boyish woven tailoring and organic denim layered with vintage style feminine easy dresses and tops creating a modern sustainable wardrobe to love for seasons ahead.

About Organic Cotton Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTs) certified organic cotton is part of our DNA and is the only way to guarantee that cotton has not just been grown organically, but that itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s processed organically too. Organic cotton farming does not use toxic chemicals, pesticides, fertilisers or genetically modified seeds. The cotton farms we use in India are based in rain-fed areas and the farmers use natural composting methods to create healthy soils. In 2019, 98% of our cotton buy was organic. You can feel the difference in our range, not just kind on the environment, but kind on your skin. Free of toxic chemicals, the hypoallergenic quality of organic cotton makes it the safest, most comfortable option for sensitive skin.

About Organic Denim It took us a long time and a lot of research but we are proud to be working with SARP JEANS on our debut GOTS certified dyed and washed denim jeans. SARP producers have been audited by FWF (Fair Wear Foundation) and have guaranteed us their laundry partners are GOTS certified. They are currently undertaking research and pioneering innovative development to find ways to improve the distressing and washing techniques of denim. Employees are trained about the environment, and efforts are made to protect both water and energy. In addition to this, they run a tree planting project in the arid regions of Turkey, and so far have planted 1000 trees.

V&A Designer Collaboration Jardin PrintJardin is based on a colourful French textile design dating back to the 1790s housed in the V&A archive. The original design of exotic plants and motifs resembles earlier imported Indian chintzes that became a fashion phenomenon in Europe and still look sensational centuries later. Rosa PrintRosa is based on an exquisite chintz fabric dating from 1805 housed in the V&A archive. Drawing upon block-printed floral designs that were fashionable for both furnishing and dress fabrics in England in the early 19th century, a classic interior staple has been transformed into a must-have fashion print.

The Moomin family (Moominpappa, Moominmamma and their son Moomintroll) are trolls who live in magical Moominvalley along with Snufkin, Little My, Snorkmaiden and many others. Their Finnish creator, Tove Jansson (1914-2001) wrote and illustrated many Moomin books and comic strips, beginning with The Moomins and the Great Flood in 1945.
