I carry a little notebook on me all the time in which I write down ideas for pictures that spontaneously pop-up in my mind; all kind of things to remember for later when I’ll be in my studio.

I really appreciate using Photoshop. For many years I only used scissor, glue and a photocopy machine (to get things the right size, to flip them around) and it was a longer process, fastidious. I can get things done much better and faster with the computer. It opened a wide range of new possibilities.
