Eligible Entrants are required to answer all 4 questions correctly.

One (1) Entry will be automatically generated each time an Eligible Entrant posts a completed entry form in the barrel at Pinnacles Gallery during the Promotion Period. An Entrant may submit a maximum of one Entry per day.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: 1.

In order to participate in the Promotion, a person must live in the Townsville City Council local government area 2.

The entrant must have a passport or be able to attain a passport and travel to Florence, Italy within the 2017 calendar year 3.

The entrant cannot be a Townsville City Council employee A person who meets the above criteria will be referred to as an (“Eligible Entrant”).

The Promoter reserved the right to refuse any person entry in the Promotion at any time.



CONDUCT OF THE PRIZE DRAWS: 8.

The Promoter will conduct one (1) Prize Draw at Pinnacles Gallery on 2 February 2017 at Riverway Arts Centre, Townsville (“Draw Location”).

PRIZES: 9.

Winners of the Promotion will receive one (1) voucher for travel to Florence, Italy. This is costed to accommodate a family of four traveling from Brisbane to Florance Italy with accommodation for one week (“Prize”).

10. The total prize pool for this promotion is $20,000.

11. All Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be exchanged for alternate prizes or offers. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: 12. The Promoter will contact the Winners via email and or phone call following the Prize Draw and no later than 5pm on 10 February 2017 The names of the Winners will also be published on the Townsville City Council Facebook Page no later than 5pm on 10 February 2017.

13. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted by 5pm on 5 February 2017 the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and will automatically be forfeited.

Re-draws will be conducted.

GENERAL: 14. Employees of TCC are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

15. The names of Winners will be published on the TCC Events Facebook Page, Pinnacles Gallery Facebook Page and the Perc Tucker Regional Gallery Facebook Page.

16. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity or advertising at the request of the Promoter.

17. Participation in the Promotion indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions governing the Promotion.
