Preparation
Chicken
Popcorn chicken or small chicken thumbs
Tabasco, hot chilli sauce
"Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce"

Gorgonzola cheese

Preparation Steps 1.
Bake off Macaroni and Cheese until 160°F, move to holding tray.

Cook chicken; chop or crumble, reserve, keep warm.

Place 4 oz of hot Macaroni and Cheese into serving dish, top with 2 oz of Chicken, 3/4 oz Bleu Cheese Crumbles and either a large stick of Celery or sprinkle with diced celery.
Chef's tip Top with a sprinkling of crispy, chopped bacon.
