WELCOME! Each year I look forward to our annual foodshow more than any other event. It’s the time when I get to see all of our valued customers and suppliers together in one place, collaborating and exchanging ideas. It’s a chance for us to showcase not only our unique line up of branded items, but also showcase our staff and our entire organization’s dedication to helping you – our customer and partner – succeed. While we cannot meet in person this year, we are excited to bring our annual food show to you virtually in the comfort and safety of your operation. This is an opportunity for you to earn your supplier rebates as well as give you the chance to chat with our suppliers through our on-line chat feature, request samples, collaborate with your sales representative and so much more. Please take a minute to review this guide which will help you prepare for show week. The supplier list is included, so you can work with your sales representative to discuss which suppliers you would like to schedule chat time with. Along with a basic how-to, we also have a few item features we would like you to check out in this guide. We firmly stand behind our brands, as we believe we have the best in the industry.
