Semi-hard Spanishinspired Cheese
Crafted with milk from Wisconsin’s most famous residents, Queso de Cesta Basket Cheese is an American original cheese with a hint of sweetness so unique you’ll keep coming back for more. Inspired by Spanish Manchego, this semi-hard cheese has an ivory-colored body and firm and crumbly texture from crystallization that form during it’s 6 months of cellar aging. Baking
Use Daiya products as you would dairy cheese products. For dishes like lasagna, add product to the top layer 5-10 minutes before baking completion.
