Crispy Beer Batter Fish Sando with Kewpie Tartar

4 servings

Ingredients:

4 pieces Shipyard Beer Batter Haddock portions 6 oz #580950

4 each La Brea Telara Roll #289278

2 T Natures Best Butter #157187

4 oz Nappa Cabbage, shredded fine #61536

3 oz West Creek Whole Egg Mayo #201346

1 tsp Asian Pride Rice Wine Vinegar #607079

1/2 tsp Silver Source Sugar #303783

2 oz Nasoya Kimchi Spicy, chopped well #613410

1 tsp Peak Cilantro, chopped #855549

3 oz Gills Pickled Onions #607009

Preparation Instructions:

1. Pre-heat fryer to 350 degrees.

2. Fry haddock pieces according to package instructions.

3. In mixing bowl, combine mayo, rice vinegar, sugar, and chopped kimchi and mix well to combine.

4. Heat a large skillet and add butter, place buns cut side down in pan to toast.

5. When fish is cooked, remove and allow to drain briefly.

6. To build sando, place bun bottom on plate, spread generous amount of kewpie mayo on bun.

7. Top with fish, shredded nappa cabbage, pickled onions, and cilantro. Add top bun and serve.
