The Perham High School Class of 2015 Graduation Magazine is made possible by:
To the Perham High School Class of 2015…
Congratulations! We are proud of your accomplishments and wish you all the best in living the life that you have imagined!
Trips to the DQ, bonfires, ball games and laughter…cranking loud tunes, hanging out with friends, dreaming about what my life would become—those are all things that have stuck with many of us from our senior year in high school I imagine not much has changed in that regard…sure no one cranks tunes on a Boom Box anymore, and hairstyles nowadays don’t require quite as much hairspray or volume, but dreaming of the future? Now that’s a common thread for any graduate. As high school seniors heading off into the real world, it is one of the greatest times of your life. You are at the perfect crossroads to stick with the course you’ve been planning, or completely reinventing yourself. The next few years of your existence will be full of learning, growing, expanding your horizons, and becoming who you are. And it’s important not to let that freak you out. Life happens as it happens, lots of curve balls, lots of metaphorical punches to the gut, lots of falling apart at the seams and sewing yourself back up. You will experience many amazing sights, smells, tastes and relationships. You move forward, you become better; you help others around you to become better. You will have moments of joy so incredible that thinking about it years later, you will still tear up. At the Perham Focus, we have watched many of you grow up before our very eyes. From your first concert to your senior prom— that unbelievable loss to that incredible win…The Focus has tried to capture it all. Here is our wish for you…Become who you were meant to become. Make your parent’s proud, but don’t forget to make yourself proud as well. Live your life as you choose to live it. All the best, Melissa Swenson Publisher Perham Focus 2 | THE PRIDE OF PERHAM 2015
