Companies who embrace neurodiversity benefit, as shown in the 2019 study from Frontiers in Psychology, “ style diversity indirectly influences the rate at which the team improves its implicit coordination over time through its collective intelligence.”

Or, as Nick Walker, PhD states, “Neurodiversity is an invaluable creative resource, a problem-solving resource.
