Our Purpose
131
Our Purpose
Sustainability
Designing for life. For nearly a quarter of a century, we’ve been at the vanguard of the sustainability movement. Passionate about designing places where human life can thrive and entire ecosystems flourish, we’ve developed a reputation for challenging the status quo. For blazing trails into uncharted territory. Today, we’re still at it. We’re redefining sustainability as one of several interconnected parts to a greater, more meaningful whole. It’s a philosophy we call Living Design. By seamlessly incorporating sustainability, resilience, regeneration, inclusion, and wellbeing into each of our projects, we can help sustain life on earth—today, tomorrow, and beyond.
132
Our Purpose
Research
Innovation starts with inquiry. In our never-ending quest for knowledge, we push limits, take risks, investigate, and discover. We constantly ask ourselves, “What if?” “What’s next?” This makes our ideas clearer, our designs smarter, our teams happier, and our clients more satisfied.
134
Our Purpose
Digital Practice
Identifying and applying new technologies that optimise our design processes and improve the client experience. Our culture of innovation embraces new technology, putting us at the forefront of the profession. With the right digital tools, we can raise the value of every design decision we make. Our investment in digital research and development empowers us to design the future.
136
Together, we will design excellence. Together, we will create a better world.
