相信 忍耐 坚持 文：陈玉慧
马来西亚“行动管制令”自3月18日起，我就一直待在家里。采办日常用 品的工作都由我丈夫负责。一般上，我都是在家里为家人准备食物。 行管令期间，我学习到了忍耐与坚持。刚开始，我们夫妻俩，或是与 孩子的相处，都会遇到发生冲突或意见不合的时候。想必是因为一直以来， 我们夫妻俩的工作时间比真正在一起交流的时间长。现在，我们有更多时间 彼此交流，互相学习和磨合。感恩上帝赐给我一位好丈夫，他的迁就和妥协， 让我们学会了忍耐和放下自我，重视彼此。 感恩的是，在许多事上，儿子都可以自理，也帮忙分担一些家务。这 段时间，他在线上学习。一起弹琴，就是我和他互动最多的时刻。自小，我 便亲自教导他弹琴，因此我们享受合奏的时刻。感谢神的爱常伴我们的家。 平日里，我会在家里招收一些学生，教导音乐。因着行管令，我把音 乐课都转换到线上教学。但一半以上的学生不习惯线上学习的模式，因此这 教学也唯有暂停，直到行管令结束。 在家的时间多了，坦白说我也慢 慢地变得懒散。更多的时间，我就当作 是休息吧，因为休息可以走更长远的路。

I have been staying at home since the Movement Control Order (MCO) began on 18th March, and the purchase of groceries and necessities became the responsibility of my husband. I would normally prepare meals for my family at home. During the MCO period, I learnt to be more patient and persevere. At the beginning, there were conflicts and disagreements in the interaction between my husband and I, or with our child. This is because we used to spend more time at work than interacting with each other in the past. Now that we have extra time, we learnt to compromise with each other. I thank God for giving me a good husband who is accommodative and compromising; we both learnt to be patient and let go of our own ego, to cherish and care for each other. Thankfully, my son is independent in many ways and he also helped me with some house chores. During this period, he attended online classes. The best moment of interaction between my son and I was when we played the piano together. I have been coaching him to play the piano since young, thus we can play duets. I know the love of God surrounds our family.
In the past, my students would come to my home for music lessons. Due to the MCO, all music lessons had to be shifted online. However, more than half of the students were not used to the online learning method, thus our music lessons had to be suspended temporarily until the MCO was uplifted. Since there was more time spent at home, I tend to be more slacked. However, I treated it as a rest a rest for a longer journey ahead.
