When last time I’ve been here, I was so impressed by the great cathedral, which is not “Brobdingnagian” but Exquisite and elegance. I’ve been lots of places in UK, not like other cities, Lincoln is a low-key city but with great history and beautiful sunset on the top of the hill. Some Buskers made their show on high street, the tone was simple but really draw a peaceful image of Lincoln. In a word, Lincoln is a great city to travel with. But, Lincoln doesn’t have much places to see. I felt a little boring last time at the end of my trip. The visiting in Lincoln cathedral in impressive, especially the timber structure of the roof, but it only available twice a day, I almost miss it! Let’s see what have changed here this time. I heard that they have some new events. Hope that won’t let me down.

It does have lots of new activities. I know Lincoln have some traditional events years ago, but last time I didn’t join in any of them, because most of them only

Here is a map show that all the cafes, restaurants and shops and retails on high street. I have to say it is really convenience to visit all the new events in Lincoln, because they are all on the side of the high street. It is brilliant to let the new building fill the gap among the existing buildings. It can let visitors see them all incidentally while they go through the High street. And also, the theme of new activities is all about crafts and materials, so they can make a Tour route with those individual shop on the uphill, which is all related to the local culture and

local history.

Ah! It is a stone craft studio, I’m definitely gonna visit that, the brochure said it has small exhibition about stone craft for free.

The entrance of it is really distinct compared with the other buildings around. It is look like the

column and fan vault I have seen last time in Lincoln cathedral, may be all these new events, new buildings here are all related to the Lincoln cathedral.

I remember last time I just ignored this narrow alley, I never thought that this small parking lot can be reformed into a delicate craft studio. If every ally has this attractive entrance, I believe lots of visitors will be interested in. Thus, more area in Lincoln will be discovered, visitors can get rid of the crowds of people in High Street. As a visitor, I prefer quiet place with rich narrative, not uniform commercial street.

these shops are just look like the same as I’ve seen last time. I am still thinking about the stone craft studio, the entrance of it is unforgettable. I hope the stained glass studio also has a distinct entrance. Otherwise, I can’t find it, because the entrance of it seems very small on the masterplan.

It gives me complex feeling! When I look at brick wall and the colourful spotlight and shadow, I feel just like I am in the cathedral, under a big stained glass. Last time it just a boring parking lot, but it totally different, the glass fragment and stained glass floor make this place like festival! There is a figure on on the wall, Let me see what it talk about.
