Purchase offers are typically made with an initial deposit to me provided within three days from the contract acceptance date and with an additional deposit being made at the end of the inspection period. By default, inspection periods are fifteen days but many sellers will prefer a shorter time period. Most law forms will require the second deposit to be provided in the form of a bank wire. 3. When purchasing a foreclosed property the selling bank will most often be paying for the closing cost, title search and title insurance policies and will be choosing the closing firm.
