Our Survey

Personal Growth conducted a survey regarding what Millennials and Non-Millennials’s look for within their work place on 16 Juni 2017 – 05 Agustus 2017. Accident Sampling was used to look for respondents between the age of 18- 50 years old received 71 respondents.

Although the number of respondent in this survey is limited, but the result could give an insight about Millennials’s profile in the workplace.

because (1) they tend to prefer instant promotions to higher-ranking jobs, even though they are not yet well-equipped to deal with pressure. (2) They tend to jump from one job to another without much consideration regarding the company.
