Q: You have a unique flare of capturing the essence of the couple in each Wedding invitation, how do you work this magic? Having never been the type to pick things off the rack, I have a fiercely spirited ambition to steer clear of the carbon copied. Our team is bound by our shared love of the wondrous and unique so, rather than providing an off-the-rack service, our goal is to help our habitué coast the custom design process with ease, melding each couples individual whims and fancies into creations that sing of them in every which way.
Q: In your experience of Wedding and event planning, is there any special advice you would give to make the experience as smooth as possible?

As wonderful as pre-planned wedding checklists can be, every designer, creator and merchant will have their own unique way of working. Hunt down the folk you feel are the most qualified to deliver the distinctive details you’re after. Learn a little about what they do, what makes them tick and how they work and use that information to create your own to-do list, establish realistic budgets and whip up a timeline of events to ensure that every component required to devise the day of your dreams is covered.

Well I’ve always loved art, fine art (oil painting) and art history was a huge part of my teenage years. However along the line I left that love and pursued a career in software for 10 years. During that time I found photography as a foray back into my previous creative world. I shoot weddings because I believe marriage is a gift and it has the potential to be one of the most rewarding things in life. It’s also the foundation for a stable home but unfortunately many don’t make the distance. So I want to show you two things… passion and emotion. ‘Passion’ because it’s there when you look at each other now and should never leave. ‘Emotion’ because your whole wedding will be filled with them and I want you to relive it.

Q: The way you naturally capture these intimate adoring glances between a couple is simply beautiful, how do you do it? This may sound too simple but I look for them. 85% of the day is about telling stories and capturing moments and I absolutely love that so I’m constantly looking for fleeting glances and interesting expressions. In the 15% of time where I’m a little more hands-on (usually the bridal party photo session) then I just make sure my couple is comfortable around me. If I’m awkward then they’ll feel it and you’ll see it in the images.
has definitely changed (and for the better). The cost of photography equipment has radically decreased so everyone has access to amazing cameras. Whilst that makes the industry fiercely competitive, it is a blessing in disguise because now couples are far better educated where photography is concerned so they appreciate and value beautiful photography.
