The panel wall system is ideal for enhancing free wall spaces as well as recesses. The panel wall system has a material thickness of 16 mm, is coated on both faces and is available in the décor groups matt, high gloss and stainless steel appearance. The mounted depth is 25 mm; which leaves a space of 9 mm for cable installation. The panel wall system PW is comprised of individual panel elements PS, 368 mm high, which are joined with a profile system in stainless steel finish. The system can be customised with wall shelves, glass shelves, shelves, railing systems and LED lighting.

Planning with sets

For a quick and easy design, there are five panel wall sets available in the most convenient/advantageous sizes: a) The sets PW-52 / -180 for planning in recesses (-52: recess beneath wall units / -180: recess beneath cooker hoods) b) The sets PW-193 / -200 / -218, based on the three tall unit heights. The system is available in every width between 250 and 2580 mm and is invoiced per every started 100 mm. The sets are supplied with all necessary components: plinth panel (1), panel elements (2, 8), intermediate and end profiles (3, 4, 5) in addition to the respective mounting materials. The sets include one end profile PWPS for the side; (6) planning a single set - with nothing directly adjacent – requires that a second end profile (PWPS) be ordered. Furthermore, all sets include a variable plinth panel 192 mm high to be cut to size on site as well as top compensation panels in the appropriate heights. As a rule, within a set the panel elements (2, 8) are only available in a single décor. The direction of the décor structure is always horizontal. An alternative colour design is only possible by ordering as individual panel elements or as a combination of one set and one panel element.

Custom design of panel walls

The panel elements are always ordered for single positions, so that the décor can be freely selected for each individual panel element. The panel elements are available in the standard height of 368 mm (PS) and in heights varying between 250 and 500 mm (PSV). Further height reductions are to be made on site. Glass panel elements (PSG) are only available in standard sizes. It is recommended that the panel walls be designed „from the bottom up“, e.g., starting at plinth height and adding panel elements as you work upwards according to the respective profile thickness. - End profile bottom (PWPU) 4 mm (3) - Intermediate profile (PWPZ): 12 mm (4) - End profile top (PWPO): 16 mm (5) - Cassette brush (PWPB): 8 mm (7) Planning in the recess beneath wall units also requires an additional cassette brush PWPB (7) for the top end profile so that the cable leadthroughs for lighting and switches, etc. can be concealed along the rear. The panel wall elements must be ordered 3 mm shorter for every visible side. Vertical visible sides are covered with the end profile PWPS for the sides (6). Planning cooker hoods with built-in spotlights towards the rear requires an additional back panel cladding PSD-110 (9) that is 25 mm thick. This cladding is automatically included in the panel wall set PW-180. The cladding PSD-110 is supplied 1100 mm high for adapting on site. The back panel cladding should also be planned when no depth offset is desired in conjunction with the panel wall.
