Eliot When I look back through the family photo album I see generations of men who were most uncomfortable in the sun. The fading black and white photos show grandfathers and great uncles lounging on deckchairs, suit jackets hanging from the back, trousers rolled up to the knees and even the odd clichéd knotty hanky perched on a perspiring head. Hey, but how times have changed. We are now comfortable in the sun, our beach boys can compete with those in California and, our promenaders can hold their heads up with the beautiful people of Cannes and Capri. As our Summers now extend late into September or even October some thought needs to be given into keeping up appearances.
