210,000 M ² resort located in Riyadh . The most successful resort is those that offer a mix of variety of uses. This project will be characterized by its diversity mixing residential and entertainment uses with range of associated uses including quality commercial, business and community uses. A number of key character areas have been identifi ed within the master plan with each area having its own unique character and function based on its location, mix of uses, density, architecture and public realm.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DESIGN
This project started as a FINAL THESIS PROJECT in 2010 -2009 When the municipality know about it, they asked for a real design study with execution plans so it could be implimented, after providing the needed fund. In 2017 the municipality of bcharre succeed to provide a fund of 2.5 million $ from the council of development.
