Plum dumPlings

Ingredients 1 kg Flour 500 gr Potatoes 100 gr Gray 100 gr Old 1 teaspoon Salt 500 gr Plums 200 ml Oil

Boil the potatoes and crush them.

Mix with flour and knead .

We mold it into a circular shape, then put a plum in the middle and put sugar on the plum
.
Boil the water and add a teaspoon of salt. Let's boil the water .
When it’s get up it means they are cooked.
Put the gravy and sugar in the frying oil. When it turns dark it is ready.
