PASTA WITH GRANITA AUBERGINES

INTRODUCTION

Pasta with granita aubergines is a typical italian healthy dish, made from homemade pasta and aubergines.

INGREDIENTS

 500 grams of zero flour.  330 dl of water.  Salt.  Oil.  Aubergines.  A bowl.

Put the zero flour in the browl, mix and add the salt.

STEP 1

Put the water in the mixture and mix until it is solid

STEP 2

Take the dough from the bowl and put it on a surface, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

Continue to roll out the dough until you reach a center of height cut into strips, and then let it dry for two hours.

In the meantime take the aubergines and start peeling.

After peeling the aubergines, cut them into cubes and then put them in salt for a few minutes.
STEP 7
After two hours, star boiling the water, and after about fifteen minutes, throw in the pasta.
STEP 8
While waiting for the pasta to be ready, put the aubergines in the oven for about twenty minutes.

Finally put the pasta and aubergines on the plate and enjoy your meal.
