Sweet Potato Turkey Treats with Berries and Ginger

4 cups Sweet Potatoes (cooked and mashed) 1 tbs. Honey ½ cup cottage cheese 1 lb ground turkey (cooked and mashed small) or chicken breast (cooked and shredded) 1 tsp Cinnamon ½ tsp Ginger 1 cup oats 1 ½ cups whole wheat or rice flour 1 ½ cups blueberries or cranberries 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.

Preheat oven to 350◦ F. Cover baking sheets w/ parchment or silicone baking mats. In a large bowl MIX on LOW sweet potato, honey, cottage cheese until well blended. Add meat and spices, MIX on LOW until well blended. Add flour and oats gradually; MIX on LOW until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Spoon onto baking sheet w tablespoon (or roll into 1 ½” balls) and flatten. Bake for 30 minutes, or until browned at the edges. Cool and refrigerate.

Makes 3-4 dozen round snacks. Store in zip lock bags in your refrigerator or freezer.
