Once the incident is resolved we summarize it into the incident report, which is then signed by store personal or store manager. Incident is instantly uploaded to our database and copy sent to the customer.
Service technicians are dedicated to particular stores. This makes the communication easier and service actions smoother.

Data are processed by dedicated operators who can optimize the wattage and identify potential threads. Fri-jado guarantees 15% savings on energy if our monitoring is fully implemented. Each store has its dedicated service technician to ensure effective and smooth service. In addition regular preventive service checks are planned to maintain the equipment in shape and to improve the overall performance.
