It would be my/our absolute pleasure to be able to represent you in the process when you are ready to go to market, and to prepare and implement a strategy that will ensure that no stone is left unturned in our quest to find you the very best possible buyer.

The purpose of this preliminary proposal is to provide you with my initial thoughts on this development and to introduce myself, my team and my company and to let you know that I am open to working with you on any requirements you have beyond this.

I have been reviewing and analysing the development details and have a good grasp of your site. I have identified a proposed strategic method of sale given the supply and type of land on offer.

I have a strong, experienced team specialising in developments working closely with developers, councils, builders, valuers, surveyors and other professionals. We have also sold many blocks of land off-the-plan, and I have a lengthy list of developers who have expressed interest in future developments which I will roll into your campaign.

A well thought through approach and representation to selling this development is critical for its success, including keeping the range of digital and print marketing up to date and fresh, and reporting back to you through daily updates on the project sales status. I will be the point of contact for this project to ensure the start to end sale process is seamless and successful…working with you/your central point of contact, buyers, builders, lawyers and other stakeholders as required – 7 days a week.

I will ensure the comprehensive training of all sales staff on this development across our 6 offices, including the set up and display of marketing material at each office.

I am able to work with experts regarding this or other material you may have or alternatively I can propose some options for you to consider. A simple plan, basic pictures will limit the success of the campaign and ultimately the end result.

I will also ensure each of our 6 offices and agents across Greater Hobart (Glenorchy, New Town, Sandy Bay, Lindisfarne, Howrah and Kingston) will be comprehensively trained and have all the materials ready for agents to promote to their buyers to take offers and have a display centre set up out of each Petrusma office. I qualify buyers rigorously to ensure I have genuine written offers that will execute and not fall over.
