As a modular system, pewag winner FIT Spreader beams offer a wide range of possible combinations for lengths of up to 24 metres and load capacities of up to 400 tonnes. From simple spreader beams to multiple systems with several lifting points – we cater for a wealth of different applications. • Straightforward, speedy assembly on site: Step-by-step instructions as listed in the detailed manual supplied with the product • Time- and cost-efficient thanks to modular structure: Set-up may be changed easily by adding or removing segments • Various possible combinations: Several spreader beams combined enable the lifting of loads with several lifting points • Reduced size and weight: Simplified transport, assembly and storage • Available ex warehouse up to a load capacity of 110 tonnes: Load capacities beyond 110 tonnes are available upon request

winner FIT Spreader beams Flexibility has a name. The appropriate combination of individual components facilitates flexible application and makes the handling of loads easier. Segments in different lengths as well as different descending units and end units are assembled to form a pewag winner FIT Spreader beam. Suitable shackles are also required and may be ordered separately. To ensure the highest possible level of safety, all pewag winner FIT Spreader beams are designed and manufactured in accordance with Machine Directive 2006/42/EC, EN 12100-1 and -2, EN 13155 and EN 3834. All parts of the spreader beams are made from S355 structural steel. The tube sections comply with EN 10297. The surface has an orange coating.

Important information for users: • Maximum admissible number of segments in a spreader beam combination: 5 segments • The longest segment must form the central area of the combination • The angle of the chain sling is essential for the safe handling of the spreader beam Separation range: Chain slings must never touch the spreader beam. A separation is also required between the beam and the load to prevent damage upon contact.
Maximum angle of inclination of the lower chain sling to the vertical line: 6° Do not twist the chain sling under any circumstances!
