The The recovery recover y process process Following on from last month’s articles where we looked at some conceptual issues around recovery, this article is geared toward helping you with a reference point to manage a recovery routine to optimise your health and wellness.
C Cool ool d down own The recovery process begins as soon as you have completed a training session or physical activity, and starts with your cool down. This is a vital part of the recovery process, as it promotes the distribution of oxygenated blood around the body and helps to restore a ‘normal’ joint range of motion and length-tension in muscles. It is also an ideal time to review the session and get feedback from your body. What felt good, and what could be improved in your next session?
A Alcohol lcohol The next thing to manage for optimal recovery is your alcohol intake. If you enjoy a drink or two then you’re probably fine, but regular bouts of heavy drinking will play havoc with your recovery and overall health. Alcohol reduces protein synthesis in the body, along with levels of certain vitamins, while promoting dehydration. A worst-case scenario is heavy drinking after a game or training, with poor food intake and only a few hours’ sleep. Combining the dehydration and energy sapping effects of high intensity activity with a high volume of alcohol and lack of sleep has a massive negative influence on your recovery process. The 100-point Recovery Checklist is easy to build into a busy The Local Answer

P Positive ositive changes changes At the time of writing we have just passed our budget for the next financial year. Although there have been changes in personnel, the present administration has held power since 2004 and it was interesting to reflect on some of the changes since then. In 2004, recycling rates were at 4% and last year rose as high as 47% at one stage. In 2006, there were 35 children’s play areas in the city, but now the total, including the multi-use games areas, is 80, when those in the planning or building stage are delivered. The very skyline of Gloucester has changed with the regeneration that has taken place – the new bus station, Project Pilgrim at the Cathedral, and The Quays are some obvious examples. But more is to come, including the redevelopment of Kings Square, which is already underway, along with redevelopment of the wider Kings Quarter, further construction in the Barbican of student accommodation, the hoped for evolution of the former Council offices at Herbert, Philpott and Kimberley warehouses into a new hotel and many others. Naturally it is not plain sailing. It’s funny that one of the first things I said to the Council’s Managing Director, after becoming Leader, was: “Keep this ship sailing smoothly and avoid the rapids.” There are always rapids. But efforts continue to make improvements.
D Delivering elivering a almost lmost 12,000 12,000 trees trees iinto nto tthe he city city One of the improvements I announced was to give all Councillors a tree budget. This budget of 300 trees per councillor to be planted in their ward, will deliver almost 12,000 trees into the city – a massive and demonstrable commitment to our climate change mitigation efforts. We also give all Councillors a small fund – normally £1,000 – which they can use within their ward to help local organisations. In my ward I gave some of my fund to the Kingsway Wildlife and Sustainability Group so that they could use it to build a store for items they use for their Wild Tots activity – a group where parents bring their under five-year-olds to outdoor play activity in the Kingsway Orchard. If you know a group within your area which could benefit from some funding, contact your local councillor. e email: mail: rrichard.cook@gloucester.gov.uk ichard.cook@gloucester.gov.uk

A All ll ssytems ytems g go o ffor or L London ondon M Marathon arathon Steve Kenyon is excited to be taking part in this year’s London Marathon. The 34-year-old has been clocking up some pretty impressive times since joining Gloucester Athletic Club a couple of years ago, including a personal best of two hours, 42 in the Newport Marathon last May. That gave him his qualifying time for the big race in London on Sunday 26th April and he’d love to shave a minute or two off that when he runs round the streets of England’s capital. “The target is a PB,” he said, “that’s the benchmark. I’ve had a few injury niggles so anywhere between 2.45 to 2.40, I’d be elated.” That would be some going for someone who has never run the London before, has only ever run three marathons – he’s run the Gloucester Marathon twice – and was something of a latecomer into the sport. But such has been his rapid improvement that few, if any, doubt his ability to achieve his aim.
Steve Kenyon
Kenyon is actually following in something of a family tradition because both his mum Caroline and stepdad Cliff, and then his sister Sarah more recently, have all run the London Marathon. “Now they’ve done it, I feel like I should do it and now it’s my turn,” he said. “But they went out to enjoy it, I’ve got a lot more pressure because I’m going for the time.” The Gloucester-born former Chosen Hill School pupil started
running only when he was in his late 20s. “I’ve been running for about five or six years but I didn’t take to it to start with,” he said. “It was a bit of a slow burner.” That all changed when he met Jason Tilley, who like Kenyon runs for Gloucester AC and is taking part in this year’s London Marathon. “I met him about four years ago,” continued Kenyon. “I used to run round the streets of Gloucester on my own and he’d be doing the same. We started running together and now we’re very good friends.” They’re competitive too. “Oh yeah,” said Kenyon with a laugh. “He’s a few years older than me so he’s always got that excuse! I’m a little bit quicker than him but he always says he beats me on age category!” Kenyon, who lives in Elmbridge, has certainly come a long way since joining Gloucester AC where he is part of “a good friendship group”. Full story online.
Jason Tilley Tilley ready ready for for capital capital challenge challenge Jason Jason Tilley knows what it takes to run the London Marathon. When he lines up at the start for this year’s spectacular on Sunday 26th April, it will be his eighth running of the world’s most iconic race. His first time was way back in 1996 as a 24-year-old and he’s never lost his love for one of the great sporting events. “It’s such a great atmosphere, it’s amazing,” said the Gloucester Athletic Club member. “The crowds help to keep you going when you’re in pain.” And Tilley, who recorded a personal best of two hours, 51 in the London Marathon in 2004, certainly knows what it’s like to
Jason Tilley, right, with Max Sheppard and Trracy Hinxman
run through the 26.2-mile pain barrier. “I tore my hamstring in the 2013 race,” he said. “The last five or six miles I was in terrible pain, it was awful. This will be
the first time I have run the London Marathon since then.” He still managed to finish that race seven years ago in a very respectable time of three hours, 14 – “I was on for 2.45,” he said – and is looking forward to running pain-free around London at the end of April. “It’s nice not to be injured,” added Tilley, who said it took him four years to get over his hamstring injury. It helps that his partner Tracy Hinxman is also a member of Gloucester and the two of them, along with Steve Kenyon, who is also running this year’s London Marathon, and Max Sheppard, spend a lot of time together. Ryan Ryan Higgins Higgins fired fired up up for for new new sseason eason Ryan Higgins is one of those real top drawer all-rounders. s When you see him bat you think he’s a batting all-rounder and when he’s bowling you think he must be a bowling all-rounder. The figures don’t lie – the 25year-old has enjoyed huge success since joining Gloucestershire from Middlesex for the start of the 2018 season. He has made runs aplenty and has also been a regular wickettaker with his bustling, sharper than medium pace. And the great thing from Gloucestershire’s viewpoint is that he has been producing standout performances in all formats of the game – in the four-day county championship, in 50overs cricket and in T20. And in a few months’ time there’s every chance we’ll be adding a fourth specialism to his impressive CV because he’s been selected to play for Welsh Fire in the much-heralded Hundred competition, where he will line up with and against some of the biggest names in world cricket. And it’s not just in the quickest of quickfire formats that he will be taking on some of the world’s finest in 2020 because for the first time since the midnoughti es, Gl oucest ershi re will be competing in the top flight of the county championship this season. It’s no wonder Higgins can’t wait for the new campaign to start. “It’s really exciting,” he said. “When I first came to Gloucestershire one of the aims was to get into Division One, now we’re there we are all very happy.” And since winning promotion, Gloucestershire have worked hard to strengthen the side, with former West Indies fast bowler Jerome Taylor and all-rounder George Scott joining on longterm contracts, India Test batting star Cheteshwar Pujara linking up for the early part of the season, and Afghanistan leg-spinner Qais Ahmad signing up for the second half of the campaign.
Ryan Higgins has been in outstanding form since joining Gloucestershire
“It shows the intent of the club,” said Higgins. “It shows that we want to stay up and cement our place in Division One. “We don’t want to be there for just one season, we don’t want to be a yo-yo club.” While Scott and Ahmad have bags of potential, Taylor and Pujara are proven on the biggest stages, with Pujara still a major player in Test cricket. And they’ll certainly strengthen Chris Dent’s largely youthful team as they go toe-to-toe with the likes of champions Essex, Surrey and Yorkshire in the purest form of the county game. Higgins played a handful of games in Division One for Middlesex in 2017 and is certainly not daunted by moving up a level this season. “I was talking to some of the players from Kent and they were saying that there isn’t as big a gap as you’d expect,” he said. “There are obviously two or three players in each team who stand out and the standard is going to be a step up, but the pitches will be better which will help the batters, although it may be a bit tougher for the bowlers.” Higgins has proved over the past couple of years that there’s nothing he likes more than a
challenge and that’s going to stand him in very good stead in the coming months because he’s entering uncharted waters this season once the new Hundred competition kicks in in the middle of July. And that tournament is a challenge that Higgins can’t want to take on. He’s in a Welsh Fire squad that includes world class Australian duo Steve Smith and Mitchell Starc, as well as England batting star Jonny Bairstow. Gloucestershire left-arm seamer David Payne is also in the squad and Higgins said: “It’s very exciting. “I remember watching the draft and to get selected was awesome, it was an amazing feeling.” The eight-team tournament, which starts on Friday 17th July, features many of the best players in the world and Higgins added: “I just need to make sure that when I get the chance I play well.” Gloucestershire’s county championship season gets under way against Yorkshire at Headingley on Sunday 12th April (11am) and their T20 campaign begins on Friday 29th May with a floodlit tie at Somerset (6.30pm). Why Why M Mike ike B Bayliss ayliss iis s ccalling alling tthe he tunes tunes So, here’s a question for you. What do you call a collection of singers? The quiz enthusiasts out there will probably say “choir” and, of course, that’s a good answer. So here’s another question for you. If a collection of singers is a choir, does that make longtime Matson stalwart Mike Bayliss a chorister? That question may be more difficult to answer but it has plenty of relevance because the soon-to-be 55-year-old Bayliss has been getting together a group of like-minded rugby people and visiting various rugby clubs where, among other things, they have been belting out a few old rugby tunes. “We go along and have a good old sing-song,” said Bayliss, a fly-half back in the day. “The youngsters of today don’t know how to sing!” So far Bayliss and his band of brothers – that sounds like a

good name for the group! – have visited Widden Old Boys, Spartans and Matson and, at the time of writing, were looking forward to a trip to Brockworth. “There’s about 25 of us but I’m hoping we’ll get more in the future,” added Bayliss. “We go out once a month to a club, watch a game, have a few beers and enjoy a sing-song. “It’s been great. I’ve asked
every club in the North Gloucestershire Combination to send along a representative. “We’ve had people like Wes Hall and Mike Hamlin turn up. We all used to play against each other in years gone by. We hated each other on the pitch but were best mates afterwards.” Hall is a big supporter of the get-togethers, saying: “They’re brilliant, it’s great fun catching up with the older players. “The brothers Garry, Martin and Kevin Lock have all gone along as have the likes of Gary Fowke, Steve Goode and Kev Gyde.” Mike Bayliss and the boys – another possible name for the group? – are certainly enjoying the reunions and the only thing missing is a name for them Anyone who would like to suggest a name for Mike Bayliss’ singers can email their ideas to sport@thelocalanswer.co.uk Full story online.

C Chris hris Burns Burns took took on on game’s game’s finest finest It’s not far short of 30 years since Chris Burns, one of Gloucestershire’s finest ever footballers, went toe-to-toe with some of the very best players from one of the great clubs, not once, but twice at the semi-final stage in the game’s leading club knockout competition. The competition was the FA Cup of course – and back in 1992 it was a trophy that every club in the land was really desperate to win – and the now 52-year-old Burns, a Brockworth boy through and through, was in the Portsmouth side who went so, so close to producing one of the great cup upsets. Only a goal four minutes from extra time by Ronnie Whelan denied Portsmouth victory in the first game at Highbury – it ended 1-1 – and the then Division Two club took the Anfield giants to extra time again eight days later at Villa Park. Again there was nothing to separate the two clubs after 120 minutes – the game was goalless – but it was Liverpool, with their greater experience of the big occasion, who edged the penalty shootout to book their Wembley final place, a final that saw them beat Sunderland 2-0. That Liverpool team were chock-full with some of the great names of the game – Ian Rush, John Barnes, Bruce Grobbelaar, Steve McManaman and Ray Houghton to name just a few – but to this day Burns believes it was a tie that Portsmouth should have won. In those days Burns was playing in centra l midfield – former Arsenal and England man Michael Thomas was directly opposite him – and he featured in all 240 minutes against the mighty Reds. “It’s the one we let get away,” he said. “Over the two games we were the better side, we should have won. “They were a fantastic team, so experienced but we had a really good team – Darren

Anderton, Mark Chamberlain, Andy Awford, Kit Symons.” And Portsmouth certainly weren’t overawed by their illustrious opponents. “Not at all,” said Burns, “we didn’t think like that. It may have been Ian Rush and John Barnes but we had a job to do, we wanted to win the game. “I just had to be as good as them on the day, I was up against Michael Thomas and over the two games I thought I was better than him, that’s what our manager Jim Smith told me.” So does Burns look back at what might have been? “No, not at all,” he said. “No regrets, I had a great career.” He certainly did. The one-time Cheltenham Town, Gloucester City and Forest Green Rovers player made 90 appearances for Portsmouth from 1990 to 1994 and also played for Northampton Town, Swansea City and Bournemouth. Born in Manchester – he came into the world two months earlier than expected when his parents were visiting the city – he learned his football in what was then a little village just outside Gloucester, the place that he has always considered to be ‘home’. That village was Brockworth of course and he said: “My uncles used to play for Brockworth United.
“In those days there were two Saturday teams in Brockworth – Brockworth AFC and Brockworth United, they both played in Division One of the Cheltenham League. “I remember one year they both got to the final of the Senior Cup at Whaddon Road,” adding with a laugh, “Brockworth AFC won, my uncles didn’t perform that day!” His uncles were Colin, Dave and Phil Thomas – they were his mum Jean’s brothers – and they and his grandad Alfred played a big part in the life of the young Chris Burns. And a big part of those early years was spent playing football. “I was kicking a ball from an early age, I was kicking a ball before I could even walk,” laughed Burns. He also supported Manchester United from a young age – well, he was born in Manchester! Brockworth United wore the same red shirts as Manchester United and Burns recalled: “I grew up with Steve Coppell, Gordon Hill, Lou Macari, Martin Buchan, they were all top players.” Burns played his junior football in Gloucester and had a few adult games in Brockworth before spending a season with Sharpness ahead of his big move to Cheltenham at the age of 19. R Raising aising children children in in the the digital digital age age Like many parents, I daresay you read the headlines about the evils of modern technology. Maybe you are of the ‘no TV, no devices’ approach, preferring your children to read, make things and play outside. If that is the case, then all power to you, but for many, screen time is a mainstay of modern life and it looks like it’s here to stay. So what is the best way to support your children, allow them to navigate the virtual world without turning grey?
E Establish stablish b boundaries oundaries As always, the first port of call is establishing boundaries. Although most effective when introduced at an early age, it is never too late to change and reaffirm the boundaries you want to maintain. Rather than approaching the issue as a struggle to overcome, it is easier for everyone if screen time is incorporated into a wider plan of action. Linking screen time to certain times of the day and creating a sense of pride in the kids for
The Local Answer
following the rules is highly effective. Children who actively look forward to their ‘screen time’ and can self regulate – turning off when a programme has ended or when a certain game level is reached and receiving praise and affirmation for their choices – will grow up confident a n d w i t h a n i n n a t e ab i l i t y t o trust themselves. However, a lack of clear boundaries or understanding as to what is expected of them can leave our kids feeling lost and confused, leading to parental involvement being repeatedly negative, critical and frustrating. Life with our kids can be easy and fun if well-managed, so t h in k c a re fu l ly ab o ut ho w you want your relationship to feel and aim to keep that in mind when making changes. Teenagers use gaming to connect with peers and feel secure, so giving them the space to play whilst maintaining high expectations of respectful behaviour and healthy self care is a great way forward. Finding points of connection where you can listen to them and let them know you are available is key, so try to avoid only ever talking to your teen to tell them to clean their room or have a shower! A cup of tea and a heartfelt ‘I love you’ goes a long way with our older offspring, and it makes you feel good too!
C Children hildren n need eed a rrange ange o off llearning earning e experiences xperiences With little ones, there are many great children’s programmes and games that they will enjoy, and that will indeed aid their learning. As long as they are supported with physical play and a wide range of learning experiences in life, they will thrive. But remember, your phone is no replacement for your attention, so while it may keep your toddler quiet for a while, eye contact and conversation is so much more valuable. Sharing screen time and mummy/daddy time is a sure-fire way to keep your young ones on track as they grow up in the digital age. Page 1

So it’s no surprise that Forde, one of the country’s leading political satirists and comedians has been working just as hard – or in some cases harder – as those in Parliament. “Every year is the busiest year yet, but I suppose that’s a good thing, I love it,” he said. Matt has come to prominence in recent years as one of the goto names in political comedy. He’s a regular on panel shows like ‘Mock the Week’, as well as current affair programmes including ‘Question Time’. His critically acclaimed tour

So in a world where reality TV stars can become President, and the lines between celebrity and politician have become more and more blurred, might we ever see Matt return to politics? “Never!” he laughed. “Absolutely not! “I worked in politics during a relatively stable period before the economic crash and it was stressful enough then.” With the tour now underway, Matt says he’s looking forward to returning to the Guildhall – “I always like going back to Gloucester, the audiences are always so friendly. “It’s probably the place where I get the most people staying behind for a chat afterwards, it’s lovely.” Full story online.

He says he first knew he wanted to start making music after getting involved in freestyling at local youth clubs and events. “I have been messing around with music since the age of around 14 or 15 so easily over 10 years,” he said. “I’d say I’ve been trying to pursue it seriously since around 2015. “I was a massive fan of music first so I guess the day when I started making my own was always on the cards.” Growing up, Griz-O says he
Griz-O
was heavily influenced by his father’s musical tastes of 90s hip-hop and rappers like 2pac and Biggie Smalls. He continued: “I like artists who are real and not afraid to tell you their truth no matter how nice or bad it is – it inspires me to do the same myself. “I don’t only love hip hop, but I find with hip hop there is more
attitude and style involved – also I feel in some of the more raw forms it is a voice for the voiceless.” Over the years, Griz-O has performed at some of the area’s biggest events, like the King’s Jam Festival and the Rooftop Festival in Gloucester. He’s also featured on BBC Introducing and BBC 1xtra, and is part of local vocal collective 5 Mics. “I’m a mixed bag of different styles,” he explained, “I try to stay versatile without compromising on quality, from the deepest, darkest to the lightest, brightest! “Performing is fun especially when I’m doing the grime and electronic stuff because there’s so much energy involved from the crowd and everyone on stage.” Full story online.
G Gang ang S Show how celebrates celebrates 60 60 years years The Gloucester Gang Show is a traditional variety performance with a history stretching back 60 years. Presented by Scouts and Guides of the Gloucester District, the Gang Show features performers of all ages, including Sam Hill, who has been part of the Gloucester Gang Show for 17 years, having first joined when she was just nine years-old. “I first became involved because my older cousins had been in the show before me and I’d watched it since I was very young,” she said. “Once I was involved I just couldn’t leave! Now I’m a member of the cast, part of the fundraising team and do some PR.” And that’s a common story with much of the support team
The Gloucester Gang Show
around the show having started out as cast members. Whilst none of the current cast or crew were a part of the first production 60 years ago, Sam says there are plenty of plans in place to celebrate the special anniversary. “For our 60th year we are looking back at some of our favourite scenes and are reproduc-
ing them. Past members of the Gang will be invited to join us on stage to sing ‘Together’ so we’re encouraging people to wear their red neckers! “We have 47 junior cast members and 36 senior cast members, as well as 60 crew, front of house, scenery builders, musicians and more!” Full story online.

The The nodding nodding heads heads of of bluebells bluebells At last spring is really here and everything is bursting with life. British gardens typically look at their best in spring and early summer when everything seems to be gearing itself up for a spectacular display of colour. As daffodils finish flowering, the faded flowerheads can be removed. The small daffodils which are being grown to naturalise can be left to form seedheads. Don’t cut off the foliage – it needs at least six weeks’ dying to replenish the bulb underneath so it can flower the following year. Also, don’t tie up daffodils in strange bundles with elastic bands, as this can damage the leaves as well as being very odd-looking!

will be coming out this month. Unfortunately, they are under threat from the Spanish bluebell, which is grown in gardens as it was considered more decorative than its English cousin. How to tell them apart? Well the English bluebell (Hyacinthoides non-scripta) has scented flowers borne on one side of the stem, the anthers are cream-coloured and unequal, and the flower spike is nodding. The Spanish bluebell (H.hispanica) has unscented flowers borne on all sides of the stem. It has blue equal anthers and an upright flower spike. So take care with what you plant (under no circ u m s t a n c e s h a rv e s t a n y from the wild!), sourcing them from reputable retailers, and you too could enjoy the fragrance of your own little bluebell patch. Keep a lookout for the red lily beetles on newly emerging lily shoots. Pick them off and squash them, and if you are not averse to the use of chemicals, use a systemic spray like Provado Ultimate Bug Killer to keep them safe for up to six weeks.
Feed F eed your your fruit fruit b bushes ushes With having such a wet winter it might be a good idea to feed your fruit bushes – the rain washes all the goodness from the soil. A balanced general fertiliser such as Gromore or blood, fish and bone can be applied at about 70g per square metre to give them a boost. Now is the time to make successional sowings of beetroot, chard and radishes outdoors ready for gathering in July and August. Follow the instructions on the packet, sowing in an area where the soil has been carefully raked to a fine tilth and don’t forget to label the rows! Page 1

W Wake ake up up to to spring spring It feels like spring has been a long time coming. If you’re like me, you start to crave more light and colour when the sun starts to stream in after the long, grey months of winter. The good news is, homeware shops are brimming with new fabrics, wallpaper and furniture. Celebrate the new season by following my tips to give your home a spring update.
P Pastel astel p perfect erfect An easy way to brighten up your home is to introduce pastel colours into a neutral scheme. Think petal inspired hues. Blush pink looks great matched with grey sofas for a midcentury living room scheme. I paired a soft, greyish-lilac with taupe in my bedroom – it feels so calm and restful. Fresh green walls with white tiles look clean and chic for a bathroom. For a warm welcome, paint your front door a sunny daffodil yellow and accessorise with grey metal planters.
Floral F loral cchic hic I am a bit of a fan of florals (my first home was all Laura
Ashley). The good news is that flowers feature strongly in the new spring fabric and wallpaper collections. Inspired by a trip to Japan earlier in the year, I am particularly drawn to the oriental style wallpapers. Little Greene’s lovely Belton design would look stunning in a hall or small bedroom, or for a real statement think about a wallpaper mural. Check out the gorgeous chinoiserie designs at www.surfaceview.co.uk or visit www.rockettstgeorge.co.uk for more inspiration. Easter E aster tablescape tablescape For that seasonal finishing touch, dress up your lunch table for Easter. Create an Easterthemed table with pastel hued napkins and coloured glasses, then scatter around cute and charming eggs, chicks and bunnies. ne lectric C Considering onsidering aan electric ccar ar – is is it it e nough? enough? I’ve been feeling incredibly guilty about my vehicle emissions for a while now. Every time I drive for the school run (often with this terrible weather lately) I watch the fumes from the cars around me swirling up into the ether and am consumed with angst about the fact that my car is doing the same. So I started researching electric cars.
Think Think ccarefully arefully a about bout which m which model odel you you go go for for One of the biggest issues for me is range. Unless you have a very big budget and can afford a car that does hundreds of miles and recharges in minutes while you drink a coffee in a service station, you need to think a bit carefully about which model you are going to go for. I’m terrible for planning and I also get a lot of anxiety about

trips at the best of times and would be really worrying about the chargers not working at the service station, or (which I think would be more likely these days!) them all being in use! So that has led me to look at hybrids. A battery meaning I can do all my local running around emission free, and then if the worst happens and I can’t recharge for whatever reason on a longer journey (I feel I’d struggle on my trips back through Wales) I have the backup of an engine. But then I start to question myself again – is that good enough? And I think that sums up the way I feel generally about the environment at the moment. Is what I’m doing, or attempting to do, good enough?

We recycle and we try to find alternative routes to school, I’ve made a whole heap of changes to how we buy and live but ultimately, we are certainly leaving our mark on the planet as a family, despite our efforts. And with the local flooding and the terrible fires recently in Australia, it can feel as though we, as a world aren’t doing enough.
It’s It’s important important tto oa also lso look look for for the the positives positives But then maybe it would all be so much worse now without the things we have done. It’s important to also look for the positives. There are incredible initiatives reported every day – plastic bag equivalents made from plants that break down to nothing, amazing inventions to clean up the sea, people talking about the environment and doing their best to do better. I’m trying to take comfort from that, and continuing to educate my children on how they can live a more sustainable life. I hope by making small changes daily, and making bigger changes where I can, soon I will be able to feel much less guilty. Page
