PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Braveheart Gold Club is Performance Foodservice’s exclusive customer reward program for our premium Braveheart brand. This program provides our independent customers with an opportunity to earn cashback rewards on every pound of fresh boxed and ground Braveheart beef purchased from Performance Foodservice. This program was designed to help offset the higher costs that come with the premium Braveheart brand, making it an excellent sales tool to incentize customers to purchase these products while being rewarded for their loyalty to the Braveheart brand.

Within the Braveheart Gold Club, each member’s reward rate will be determined by their purchase volume. The more they purchase, the more they earn! Eligible customers can be registered for the Braveheart Gold Club by their Area Manager or District Sales Manager on the Meal Ticket reward dashboard. Once registered, rewards will be deposited to each member’s reward dashboard every time they purchase eligible Braveheart products. These rewards can then be redeemed by the customer for a Mastercard gift card at the end of each month.

The Meal Ticket reward dashboard can be found by visiting mealticket.com. On this dashboard, Braveheart Gold Club members will be able to watch how their Braveheart purchases contribute to their reward level and access their reward balance at any time. As a part of our sales team, you will have access to view which eligible Braveheart items are available within your Operation Company and a list of your customers currently registered for the Braveheart Gold Club, along with their reward and redemption history.

BOXED BEEF REWARD LEVELS

Members who purchase between 60-299 lbs. per week will fall into this level.

Members who purchase between 300-649 lbs. per week will fall into this level.

Members who purchase 650 lbs. or more per week will fall into this level.

GROUND BEEF REWARD LEVELS

Members who purchase between 30-149 lbs. per week will fall into this level.

Members who purchase between 150-324 lbs. per week will fall into this level.

Members who purchase 325 lbs. or more per week will fall into this level.

Click Save and your customer will officially start earning rewards! For the start date, choose the current date. Leave the end date section blank so your customer is automatically rolled over each month. Once you have reached this page, select any of the accounts listed and add them to the program by clicking Add Selected Accounts to Program 9 8 7 When the Choose Add Method box appears, click Select From List On the top right corner of this section, there will be three-dot icon. SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS

MEAL TICKET DASHBOARD

The Braveheart Gold Club rewards program is held on the Meal Ticket reward dashboard. To find this dashboard, please visit www.mealticket.com.

As a part of our sales team, you will be able to use this reward dashboard to view your customer’s current reward level, which products are earning their rewards, and their reward balance. Follow the steps in the instructions provided below to find this information on your accounts.

HOW TO LOGIN TO MEAL TICKET REWARD DASHBOARD

STEP 1

Visit www.mealticket.com and login.

STEP 2

Select Programs on the left, then Program List from the drop down options.

STEP 3

Select either the Braveheart Gold Club – Boxed Beef or the Braveheart Gold Club – Ground Beef program to view each program’s page.

STEP 4

When you reach your reward dashboard you should see the program logo and name. On this page you will see all registered customers listed in the “Current Accounts” section along with their total reward balance. To view each customer’s rewards separated by month, click the arrow to the left of the account name. To view each customer’s individual page, click their account name or number.

You will see the following headers displayed on the dashboard. Please use the guide below to determine the meaning of each section.

• PRODUCTS: This section will display the products that have earned the customer’s rewards. To see these earnings, click “Rebate Total” twice and the most rewarded products will be shown at the top.

• EARNED: This will show the total value of rewards earned.

• REDEEMED: This will show the total value of rewards redeemed.

• BALANCE: This will show your current redeemable balance.

• START DATE AND END DATE: This will indicate which month the rewards were earned in.

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Login to the Meal Ticket dashboard using your primary contact email.

Select Programs on the left, then Program List from the drop down options.

Select either the Braveheart Gold Club – Boxed Beef or the Braveheart Gold Club – Ground Beef program to view each program’s page.

On the Braveheart Gold Club rewards dashboard you will see your reward total and details about your point deposits. To redeem these rewards for a Mastercard gift card, press the big red button labeled Redeem!

AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

Once your redemption is placed your reward card should be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Redemption orders over $1000.00 will be shipped through UPS - all other orders will be shipped through USPS. The shipping name and address on your Meal Ticket dashboard will be used unless indicated otherwise.

HOW TO ADD CONTACTS TO CUSTOMER MEAL TICKET ACCOUNTS

Please follow the instructions attached to add an email to a customer account. Once an email has been added, they will be sent a link to set a password at www.mealticket.com.

STEP 1

Login to your Meal Ticket dashboard.

STEP 2

Once on your Meal Ticket dashboard, click the section labeled Accounts on the left.

STEP 3

At this time, you will see a list of all your accounts. Use the filter options to find the account that you would like to make changes to.

STEP 4

Once you have reached the desired account’s page, click the arrow in the section labeled Contacts to expand the contacts for the account.

STEP 5

Once clicked, you will see all contacts that have been added to the account.

TO ADD A NEW CONTACT, select Add then fill out the Contact details.

TO EDIT AN EXISTING CONTACT, select the pencil icon then fill out the updated contact details.

TO DEACTIVATE AN EXISTING CONTACT, select the trash icon.

WHAT CUSTOMERS CAN BE REGISTERED FOR THIS PROGRAM?

Only independent customers may participate in this program.

WHEN WILL MY CUSTOMER START EARNING REWARDS?

Customers will begin earning rewards the date you register them for the program on Meal Ticket. If they are registered midmonth, their eligble purchases will earn rewards from the date of registration to the end of the same month.

WHAT TYPE OF PURCHASES QUALIFY FOR CASHBACK REWARDS?

All fresh Braveheart boxed and ground beef products purchased from Performance Foodservice are eligble to earn rewards. Frozen and fresh to frozen products will not be included. To verify the products that are eligible for rewards, view the item list on page 9.

WHAT IF MY CUSTOMER PURCHASES BOTH FRESH BRAVEHEART GROUND BEEF AND FRESH BRAVEHEART BOXED BEEF?

If your customer purchases both fresh Braveheart ground beef and fresh Braveheart boxed beef, they will fall into one of the levels for each category and will be rewarded accordingly. Customers may qualify for different levels for each product type.

HOW ARE REWARD LEVELS DETERMINED?

Each customer’s reward level will be determined their average weekly purchase volume within each product category (boxed and ground). Full details on each reward level can be found on page 3.

HOW ARE REWARDS

CALCULATED IF MY CUSTOMER OWNS MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

For owners with multiple locations, the reward level will be determined by each location’s individual purchases. The rewards across multiple locations can be combined and paid out via one card upon request. To request, contact our team at BraveheartGoldClub@pfgc.com for a “Merge Account Request Form.”

CAN I VIEW CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH?

Yes, you can view the reward progression on each customer’s Meal Ticket reward dashboard.

WHAT FORM OF REWARDS ARE PROVIDED?

All rewards will be in the form of a Mastercard gift card, shipped directly to the shipping address we have on file for each account.

WHERE CAN THE REWARD CARDS BE USED?

Rewards card can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

CAN I REDEEM A CUSTOMER’S REWARDS ON THEIR BEHALF?

Yes, with permission from the customer.

HOW DOES THE REDEMPTION PROCESS WORK ON OUR END?
