PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Performance Elite Rewards is Performance Foodservice’s exclusive rewards program for our independent foodservice operators. Performance Elite Rewards provides our customers with an avenue to earn cashback rewards on their eligible purchases, while also providing our participating suppliers with a valuable opportunity to promote and increase sales on their eligible products. This program has been designed to provide customers with similar purchase advantages to GPOs – making it an excellent sales tool for our Area Managers and District Sales Managers.

Within the Performance Elite Rewards program, all reward eligible items will be determined through corporate negotiations with the supplier. Each item will have an allowance per case – this allowance will determine the reward value each member will earn every time a case of the eligible item is purchased. These eligible items will include a wide variety of products and brands across the Performance Foodservice footprint and new eligible items will be added regularly to increase customer reward opportunities!

Eligible independent customers can be registered for Performance Elite

Rewards by their Area Manager or District Sales Manager on the Meal Ticket reward dashboard. Once registered, rewards will be deposited to each member’s reward dashboard each time they purchase a case of eligible product. These rewards can then be redeemed by the customer for a Mastercard gift card at any time!

The Meal Ticket reward dashboard can be found at mealticket.com. On this dashboard, Performance Elite Rewards members will be able to access their reward balance at any time to view which of their purchases are earning rewards and submit redemptions.

As a part of our sales team you will have access to view which eligible Performance Elite Rewards items are available within your Operation Company and a list of your customers currently registered for Performance Elite Rewards, along with their reward and redemption history.

SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS

When the Choose Add Method box appears, click Select From List On the top right corner of this section, there will be a three-dot icon. Click this icon and select Add Accounts Scroll down to the section labeled Current Accounts

All customers’ membership will be automatically rolled over to the following month(s) The shipping address on file will be used unless indicated otherwise over email to PerformanceEliteRewards@PFGC.com Only independent customers will be eligible to sign up for this program.

Once you have reached this page, select any of the accounts listed and add them to the program by clicking Add Selected Accounts to Program

For the start date, choose the current date. Leave the end date section blank so your customer is automatically rolled over each month

Click Save and your customer will officially start earning rewards!

MEAL TICKET DASHBOARD

The Performance Elite Rewards program is held on the Meal Ticket reward dashboard. To find this dashboard, please visit www.mealticket.com.

As a part of our sales team, you will be able to use this reward dashboard to view your customer’s current reward level, which products are earning their rewards, and their reward balance. Follow the steps in the instructions provided below to find this information on your accounts.

HOW TO LOGIN TO MEAL TICKET REWARD DASHBOARD

STEP 1

Visit www.mealticket.com and login.

STEP 2

Select Programs on the left, then Program List from the drop down options.

STEP 3

Select Performance Elite Rewards to view the program’s page.

STEP 4

When you reach your reward, dashboard you should see the program logo and name. On this page you will see all registered customers listed in the “Current Accounts” section along with their total reward balance. To view each customer’s individual page, click their account name or number.

You will see the following headers displayed on the dashboard. Please use the guide below to determine the meaning of each section.

• PRODUCTS: This section will display the products that have earned the customer’s rewards. To see these earnings, click “Rebate Total” twice and the most rewarded products will be shown at the top.

• EARNED: This will show the total value of rewards earned.

• REDEEMED: This will show the total value of rewards redeemed.

• BALANCE: This will show your current redeemable balance.

• START DATE AND END DATE: This will indicate which month the rewards were earned.

Select Performance Elite Rewards to view the program’s page.

On the Performance Elite Rewards dashboard you will see your reward total and details about your point deposits. To redeem these rewards for a Mastercard gift card, press the big red button labeled Redeem!

Once the redemption is placed, your customer’s reward card should be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Redemption orders over $1000.00 will be shipped through UPS – all other orders will be shipped through USPS. The shipping name and address on each customer’s Meal Ticket dashboard will be used unless indicated otherwise. IT’S AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

HOW TO ADD CONTACTS TO CUSTOMER MEAL TICKET ACCOUNTS

Please follow the instructions attached to add an email to a customer account. Once an email has been added, they will be sent a link to set a password at www.mealticket.com.

STEP 1

Login to your Meal Ticket dashboard.

STEP 2

Once on your Meal Ticket dashboard, click the section labeled Accounts on the left.

STEP 3

At this time, you will see a list of all your accounts. Use the filter options to find the account that you would like to make changes to.

STEP 4

Once you have reached the desired account’s page, click the arrow in the section labeled Contacts to expand the contacts for the account.

STEP 5

Once clicked, you will see all contacts that have been added to the Account.

TO ADD A NEW CONTACT, select Add then fill out the Contact details.

TO EDIT AN EXISTING CONTACT, select the pencil icon then fill out the updated contact details.

TO DEACTIVATE AN EXISTING CONTACT, select the trash icon.

WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH ANY PROGRAM ISSUES?

WHEN WILL MY CUSTOMERS START EARNING REWARDS?

Customers will begin earning rewards the date they are registered for the program by their Area Manager. If registered mid-month, customer’s eligble purchases will earn rewards from the date of registration to the end of the same month.

WHAT FORM OF REWARDS WILL I BE RECEIVING?

All rewards will be in dollar form, and the reward allowance will be per case.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REWARDS?

All items on the Performance Elite Reward’s eligible item list will be able to receive rewards. This list will be updated monthly to reflect any items being added or removed from the program. To verify the products your customer purchases are eligible, view the item list on page 9.

CAN I VIEW MY CUSTOMER’S REWARDS PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH?

Yes, you can view your customer’s reward progression on your Meal Ticket reward dashboard.

WHAT FORM OF REWARDS ARE PROVIDED?

All rewards will be in the form of a Mastercard gift card, shipped directly to the shipping address we have on file for your account.

WHERE CAN THE REWARD CARDS BE USED?

Reward cards can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

WHEN WILL

CUSTOMERS RECEIVE THEIR REWARD CARD AFTER SUBMITTING A REDEMPTION ON MEAL TICKET?

Once the redemption is placed, your customer’s reward card should be delivered within 3–4 weeks. HOW DO I CHANGE MY CUSTOMER’S SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR REDEEMED REWARD CARDS?
