The Prince George Citizen owners partnered with the Hell Yeah Prince George Facebook page founder, to pull an online April Fool’s Day prank on April 1. Hell Yeah Prince George administrators came up with the prank and asked founder Dave Mothus to reach out to The Prince George Citizen owners Cameron Stolz and Terresa Randall-Stolz. Mothus suggested the Citizen owners play along with the idea that The Prince George Citizen acquired Hell Yeah Prince George in its 10th year to carry on the tradition of lifting up our community on a social media platform into the future. “Hell Yeah Prince George chose The Citizen because of its pro-Prince George

To that end The Citizen and Hell Yeah PG will continue their partnership beyond the April Fool’s joke to offer newspaper readers the opportunity to see more stories that have only been available online and for Hell Yeah to promote pro-Prince George stories featured in the Prince George Citizen. “As we have seen in the past when there is a fundraiser in the community, there is always a dramatic response to the cause when the story is published in The Citizen and the expectation is the stories sent to us by Hell Yeah Prince George will gain more traction throughout the community,” Stolz said. “The same goes when Hell Yeah highlights one of our pro-Prince George stories as I believe we will reach a bigger
