Celebrating National Physical Fitness and Sports Month Did you know that many Prince George’s County residents have lifestyle-related diseases that stem from lack of physical activity? We’re hoping to change that! That’s why during the month of May, we’re offering FREE fitness activities for families at various M-NCPPC venues throughout the County. QR FIT Code Workout Trail
Bring your smartphone and use interactive trail signs to work out while walking the trail. Each code on the sign features a video of a trainer demonstrating how to perform specific workouts. No equipment needed! How to Use QR FIT Trail:

Anacostia River Pontoon Boat Tours Join a naturalist or historian on a 15-seat or 40-seat pontoon boat for an environmental and/or historical tour of the scenic Anacostia River.
