Okinawan Karate: Intermediate

Shobayashi-Ryu is One of the four oldest styles of ShorinRyu Karate. Shobayashi-Ryu is a style of Okinawan Karate founded by Chotoku Kyan and passed on to Eizo Shimabukuro. Shobayashi incorporates blocking, kicking, punching, joint manipulation, pinning/restraining, seizing nerves, sweeping/throwing techniques and countering attacks.
