PROJECT PROGRESS STATUS PROJECT 1 Maintain 2-wMaintain Trafficcomplete Phase 1 Status: Existing pavement 2-way demolition, ay Traffic concrete pavement from Piedmont to Sierra Crest, Robinson street open to traffic, Hike and Bike trail, concrete sidewalk and curb, drainage gabions, 2’ rock wall, installation of illumination poles and relocation of water and sewer lines. Outstanding items: Landscaping (in process), irrigation (in process), striping and electrical associated with illumination. Phase 2 Status: Existing pavement demolition, complete concrete pavement from Sierra Crest to Canyon Terrace, Robinson street open to traffic, Hike and Bike trail, concrete sidewalk and curb, drainage gabions, 2’ rock wall, installation of illumination poles and relocation of water and sewer lines. Outstanding items: Landscaping (in process), irrigation (in process), striping and electrical associated with illumination.

Outstanding items: Relocation of 12” water line (50%), concrete pavement (in process), Hike and Bike trail, concrete sidewalk and curb, installation of poles, landscaping, irrigation, striping, and electrical associated with illumination. Phase 4 Status: 2’ rock wall (95%) and gabions completed. Outstanding items: Relocation of water and sewer line, concrete pavement, box culvert, concrete sidewalk and curb, Hike and Bike trail, parking area at Rim/Robinson scenic overlook, installation of poles, landscaping, irrigation, striping, and electrical associated with illumination.
